Sub par customer service & Management, ordered a frozen blended drink at drive the window. Came out totally melted liquid and foam. Asked them at window to fix it they said it was supposed to be that way (it’s not. I’ve had it at a different location), and that it had melted between the time they made it and it got to the window. Went back in manager told me I was wrong and it was frozen. Waste of time, won’t visit this location again, I guess the customer is never right here

Starbucks is a nice place with an “industrial” vibe. I love the coffee that is sold here but it is expensive, so it is more like an occasional treat than a daily order. Favorite order: the tall Skinny Peppermint Mocha. Try it!

Second time here,first I had a terrible chai and now a disgusting blonde pour-over that was forgotten about while I stood there and waited.I got my coffee and it was cold and too strong to even enjoy. It’s annoying when workers stand around talking to each other instead of finishing your order.
