This location botched an order I did online. They gave me a normal pepperoni pizza when I ordered a stuffed crust. I filled out their form online to request the correct order for free. They called 2 days later and offered the correct order plus an order of Crazy Bread thrown in for free, I just had to call to have them prepare it. They made good on their offer when I called them a few weeks later. No arguing, no excuses, just a pizza. You are respected by this establishment, so I would recommend them.

I got that new half pizza half bread sticks combo and it was delicious, perfect amount of pizza and perfect amount of bread sticks. My only complaint is that the container of marinara sauce for the bread sticks was completely cold, like grabbed right from the fridge and given to me. Other than that I was happy!

They consistently do a good job with the pizza portal online ordering here, my only complaint is sometime they stack stuff in a weird order or too high and you have to pull out the bottom box before grabbing the rest and there’s not much space in the store to do that if they’re busy.

This was the third time we ordered Buffalo wings and they gave us regular wings and when told they gave us the wrong order they got nasty with us. This time instead of remaking the order cause they got it wrong they just gave me a container of Buffalo sauce. And was complaining about them about to close. Well next time make the order correct and I wouldn’t have to come back up.

Called asked the manager on Duty if he’d checked his times on the Hot and Ready he said yes I then told him he couldn’t have you could actually taste the yeast in the pizza doe because it has been sitting in the hot cooler for way passed its expiration time he would not refund or replace the pizza after I told him I would return it even the ones the kids ate off of not going to return young kids with no customer service experience!

We order online now and the wait is better. You can track your order and when it will be ready. Pizza was good but a little burnt on the sides. It is kept in a warming oven so it is now hot and ready. Much better system. Price is better than other pizza places in the area.
