I called ahead about a deal if it was still going on I was told yes so I drove there,I get there and the lady at the front was kind of rude and said no that deal is not going on here I said when I called I was told that it was .. I am 9 months pregnant and have toddler with me.. please make sure your employees know your deals and specials so people don’t waste their time and gas..

This is the second time I placed an online order and ordered the regular (non toasted) Italian herbs and cheese as well as listed in the instructions NOT to toast. So of course they toast it i am not someone who wants to eat rock hard subs. Absolutely disgusting and they never get back with you to fix it. Its only “look for an email” and that never comes. Calling the restaurant is no help when they offer to remake it now when im already home 13 miles away. Do not recommend

Review for Subway – 903 N Mitchell St, Cadillac, MI 49601
I come to this Subway every Tuesday, and while the food is always delicious, the drive-through experience has become frustrating enough that I’m considering coming less often.
Each time I order, instead of simply taking my card for payment, I’m handed the entire card reader through the window so I can choose a tip option. I don’t feel a tip is necessary for a drive-through order, especially when I’m not dining in, creating a mess, or requiring extra service. It feels uncomfortable and unnecessary to be put in that position every visit.
I’ve also never earned any Subway points here because I’m never asked for my phone number or whether I’m a rewards member. And whenever I order a footlong and ask for each half to be individually wrapped, it doesn’t happen.
On top of that, the sandwiches are often made sloppy, and about half the time there are no napkins included in the bag.
I’m leaving this review because these issues are becoming genuinely irritating. The constant push for a tip, the awkward card-reader handoff, the lack of attention to simple requests, and the inconsistent quality make the experience less enjoyable. I hope this location can address these concerns, because I do enjoy the food and would like to continue coming here regularly.

The new Subway looks great and amazing. But a little too much green. Some of the seat need a little softer seat. But other than that it’s clean and good. The employees are nice and respectful. My wife and I did the deal 3 foot longs for 20$.

I’m very confused as to why online it says there only open til 10, but at the location on the door says 11pm? I work in the healthcare field and the soonest I can take a break is 10, for the last 8 months when I’ve wanted subway I’ve been taking my break at 10pm so I can get Subway, but tonight they closed early?

We had some technical issues with my lunch order, right before I had to go to work, accidentally ordered for a later time than I was wanting, however the staff was very helpful, they looked over my order and made sure I paid and then made my food for me so I could make it to work on time.

I stopped in and ordered 25 sandwiches with no notice the girls in there rocked it out. Didn’t stress completed my order in a very timely fashion. We’re super nice. Would definitely recommend this if you had to get a bunch of food for your softball team or just a quick drop in for lunch.

Walked in when there was only 1 other customer and was ignored. Then the got to me and i asked them about there meals to which i had to repeat myself several times before getting an answer. Then i had to wait while they did a cash drop right in the middle of my order even though i was paying card. They barely wrapped the sandwich before throwing it in the bag. It actually looked liked a used diaper in a bag. Never going back.
