Dont expect a greeting , not a Hello in sight with most of the drive thru employees. This location is always short staffed. Not their fault! I get it. The lobby closes whenever short staffed. If your in a hurry, go to a different location. The lines are very long in drive thru and their card reader has been down for over a month, probably longer. It’s not a quick coffee stop. The drinks are made so fast , they sometimes mess em up. I ordered a grande’ shaken espresso in a venti cup with Almond milk, light ice and the amount given was way less than than my daughters size small. They never taste the same either. Burnt lingering taste. You’d think they’d follow a recipe. Idk! I Called and was told to come back at my convenience for a remake. The lady was nice so i appreciate that.

Very upset . I preordered for pickup but due to short staff they closed the lobby! I have no time to wait in line for the drive thru. They need to do better with their app to block mobile orders if the lobby is closed.

I went here for a small iced coffee with cream. You know something that can be made in 30 seconds? Instead I waited for 20 mins. I managed a couple of Dunn Brothers, and personally I would have just turned around made it, and had the customer go on their way. There were 7 ppl behind the counter!! Then when I finally got mine I asked for more cream. He said “well I can’t give it to you” welllllllll can you put some in for me? I just paid 5 bucks for this!!! Never again

Night crew is terrible here. They don’t acknowledge you when walking in and prioritize drive thru and orders online. Me and other customers stood in line for 15 minutes before our presence was acknowledged and the terrible service rendered. it’s obvious the staff hate their jobs and could care less about customer service. This is exactly why you buy from local, family owned coffee shops. The quality and quantity surpasses this corporate bs. Amazingly the coffee is better and more affordable than Starbucks terrible coffee. Please don’t waste your time here.

The customer Service is really bad here. This is the worst Starbucks ever. They don’t say hello or acknowledge you. Behind the counter it’s messy and dirty. The workers have bad attitudes. I asked for a manager and she also had an attitude. please do not patronize this place. The service here is unbelievable. The owner obviously doesn’t care because they have so many bad reviews. Any positive ones gotta be fake or they are from a few years ago when they had great workers.

Poor customer service! I have always liked going to this store as it is close to my house, but lately there have been certain workers who seem to make my drinks wrong on purpose, when I arrive they don’t even say hello. When I go to the Drive-thru they just give me my drink and close the windows without saying anything, which is little awkward. For now I will look for another store that is close, even though this was one of my favorites 🙁

I came here on my work break from panda a cross the street there was no greeting when I entered with my friend making me us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable I love Starbucks and if I’m speanding my money you guys should make us feel the need to come back I walk in you guys didn’t ask to take my order you just stared I wanted a drink you guys didn’t have the product ok that’s fine but the lady said it with an attitude I will be sure to call corporate and let them know how you guys serve your customers
