The bar is good but the hotel house cleaning crew and housekeeping manager are very rude, they just walk into your room without knocking, they do not speak English either. The housekeeping manager cussed me out and threatened me with violence when I confronted him about walking in on my wife while she was undressed. no knock on the door and the do not disturb sign was on the door . The front desk staff was rude the next day when I asked to extend my stay and also called me a raciest because I asked the cleaning crew if they spoke English, which they did not .

We came here last night before a concert, expecting to grab a few drinks and dinner. We sat at the bar, 2 bartenders, about 7 people total at the bar and 2 tables. We ordered one round of drinks and they were fine, ordered food. I went to the bathroom and passed two women who had got up and left who said “these people are already eating, they got here after us and we haven’t Even got our drinks yet”. Then, as soon as I sat back down 2 of our entrees came out. I thought okay mine is taking longer no problem. I ordered a second drink with the bartender. About 10 more minutes go by and we’re wanting to leave for the concert, we were in conversation with a couple at the bar so didn’t mind the drink or dinner too much until we realized it was not coming at all. They had never ordered my food, and she forgot my drink. I’ve worked in for over 5 years, I hate to say this, but they need better help. They did adjust the bill, but it was quite the disappointment.

Good food and prices. Great location. Average drink prices at bar. Good atmosphere. Understaffed for breakfast. Our breakfast waitress was awesome, but needs a couple more co-workers to help out. Long wait time for breakfast.

We had breakfast there twice while staying at the hotel. It was very good. Spent some time at the bar too Saturday night was quiet but Sunday after the game was packed which is to be expected. Service was always great and the staff was friendly.
