I had a very bad experience. My wife likes the flavor of the chi tea at Starbucks so I try to get her one every Saturday. I ordered my iced chi easily at the drive thru. When I got close enough I saw the person at the window sticking half of his body out the window to talk to this lady for about 5 minutes. Also, he must of had an obsession with playing with things because he was chewing and playing with a plastic cup (very unsanitary for a food employee). When I came to get my chi, he was doing the same thing with my drink. By the time I gave my wife the drink we realized they made a iced coffee instead. I hate going to Starbucks, I do it because my wife likes it. I’m not sure I want to ever go back to that location.

the workers are great! my drinks and food are always made well and just how i ordered them. however, less positive things can be said about the management. i watched a mgr fire a male employee while i was sitting in the dining area. I’ve overheard management gossiping about employees and making fun of them as well while sitting with other (possibly from other stores) managers with their laptops and drinks. I’ve watched the employees scramble to keep up with all the incoming orders when there’s literally only 2 workers there running the store, so i am always patient as they are excellent! with tacky and rude management, i wouldn’t work there and makes sense they went on strike if 2 employees were stuck for an entire shift running the entire place.

I went to go to the bathroom and seen an employee walk out with her apron still on. I go inside and the bathroom is in disgusting condition. I go to wash my hands afterwards and see there’s no soap… so the employee also didn’t wash their hands…I had to go in the other bathroom to wash up. I told one of the employees, he just responded with, “Oh yeah I think the pump is broken.”

The staff here are incredibly kind, and they work hard. However, my recent experience included waiting over 30 minutes for a mobile order which I placed 10 minutes before arriving at the store. I fully understand being short staffed, and folks were definitely working hard. However, this would’ve been a time to offer anyone who had waited more than 15 minutes for their order a gift card for a free drink at their next visit. In my over 25 years of being a Starbucks member, I’ve seen stores do this many times in such situations. I do wish this group would have considered something like that and automatically handed them out to everyone who had been waiting a long time. And just to be clear, my situation in particular included folks coming in after me who got their orders before I did, so again, a gesture such as a free drink on your next visit would have been the right thing to do.

Used be one of the best Starbucks, after today’s interacting with the manager or the lead on the floor, which was so rude and unprofessional due that one of the worker messed my order. As I tried to explain to him that I already get charged but he didn’t take the time to listen. The manager was racist. Showed that customer services was not his priority!! I will definitely make sure that people stay away from this Starbucks !!

This is my preferred location. The drive through time is always appropriate and the drinks are well made. The only thing I won’t order from this location is matcha. I’m not sure why, but without fail when I order a matcha with light ice, I receive a drink that is mostly ice. When i say mostly ice i mean the cubes span the cup from top to half an inch from the bottom. It’s just frustrating ordering something that already costs a little more than regular coffee, because i also get a milk alternative so that’s even more money, and i’m mostly getting ice.
