I love this Starbucks! Every day for the last at least week or so it has been closed due to being on strike. Stopped here today to see if they had re opened and still nothing , a sign on the door stating that the drive thru was open but nobody was there. Empty parking lot. MISLEADING. So sad. DO BETTER STARBUCKS!

I’ve been coming to this starbucks for quite sometime and this is the rudest experience i’ve had. After waiting about 4 minutes in the drive through a barista answered to take my order. I got an iced chai and an iced white mocha which I didn’t think was too difficult as i’m a barista myself. The barista taking my order seemed incredibly annoyed the entire time and once i got to the window and said i had partner numbers, they seemed even more irritated. On top of that I was handed a poorly made white mocha, not stirred together at all. So i went inside and kindly asked them to remake my drink and again the baristas seemed irritated. After receiving my remake, i realized the drink was made with 2% this time instead of oat milk like i asked. I ended up just leaving at that point, overall a bad experience.

They seem to hire incompetent people at this location as of late….Not only myself, but my husband hasn’t had good outcomes of coffee orders – they never get them right, and they are pretty simple orders. They also go on strike a lot, which also wastes our time- seems to spend more time doing that then making coffee orders correctly.. This location is closest to our house, but at this point, we will take the extra couple miles to go somewhere else where we know the store will be open and simple drinks will be made correctly.

I go here in the morning because it’s right before I start my route. I order the same thing every morning. Honey citrus mint tea. It taste different every time. I always have to wait an insane amount of time even though you have other people in there pretending to be doing other things. So they don’t have to help. By far one of the worst Starbucks. Matter of fact the only Starbucks I have ever had this problem at.

This Starbucks location is Terrible. The tables and never wiped or cleaned. The staff is horrible and slow. Everytime I come it takes 30 minutes or Longer to get a drink. The staff are always chatting to other employees or on personal Cell phones. I get so tired of this issue. Im ready to stop going to Starbucks all together. The staff also never even acknowledge patrons. Why why why?

I have been through the drive thru many times at this store and always had friendly smiling staff. I went into the store today (first and last time) and I felt invisible. The wait staff walk back and forth in front of me and totally ignored me. When I finally got to order, the person who waited on me was very rude. Then everyone in the store who ordered before and after me got their items before me. I finally decided they weren’t going to make my order so I asked for a refund. Then they finally called my name so I told her I would take my order rather than cancel it. I was told I could not take my order that she was going to give me a refund whether I wanted it or not. Before she had time to give me my refund, I took my order and walked out the door. The moral of this story is go through the drive thru or go to a different location.

This is not about the coffee or food. I actually usually have great experience here, I came here just to grab a coffee and there was someone in line ahead of me in drive-through took a little while once I got up to the drive-through, nobody said anything waited, asked, does anyone there, kept asking hello. Only to drive around the entire building and see that you are temporary closed on the building door don’t you think it would be a great idea to put a closed sign on the drive-through? Also, there were many people in the drive-through just waiting trying to figure out wasting their time trying to get a response. Very big miss on your part. Wasting so many people time, not even on the drive-through window is there a temporary closed sign. I probably won’t be your only negative review from this.

I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks location for a long time and have always had positive experiences, so I was completely shocked by the service I received during my most recent visit. I am not usually one to write reviews, but this situation left me frustrated and disappointed.

I placed my order for a Venti Caramel Frappuccino through the drive-thru, and from the very start, I noticed that the barista taking my order had a rude and impatient tone. Despite this, I proceeded with my order as usual. When I arrived at the window, I paid and waited for my drink. However, when the barista handed it to me, I immediately noticed that the lid was not securely on the cup. Before I could even react, the drink started spilling over the sides, my hands, my shirt, and even parts of my car.

What shocked me the most was the barista’s complete lack of concern. Instead of apologizing or offering assistance, she blamed me, claiming that I was squeezing the cup too hard and that’s why the lid came off. Even after seeing the mess it created, she continued to hand me the drink in a careless manner, almost as if she was intentionally making it spill even more. At this point, I had to ask for napkins myself because none were offered to help clean up the mess.

The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. What should have been a simple and pleasant experience turned into an incredibly frustrating one. I left feeling shocked by the lack of basic customer service and courtesy. I asked for her name I believe it’s Shona.

I truly hope that management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their staff provides better service in the future. As someone who has always enjoyed coming to this location, this was a very disappointing experience and will going to a different location moving forward.
