This Starbucks is my go-to mostly due to its convenient location. The staff’s warmth varies, some days it’s sunny, others it seems they’ve run out of steam. Given its location on one of the busiest streets, I get it. The place is often buzzing and the drinks are your standard Starbucks brew, no more, no less.

I usually come to this location, today I was very disappointed. The drink I ordered wasn’t blonde espresso and filled to the tip top with ice. I felt completely ripped off. However, I called and spoke to Chris. He immediately said I could come back and get another drink free of charge. I’m unsure if someone else made this drink, but it’s on point. I’m very thankful for you guys correcting this.

I ordered food and was sitting directly across from the display counter and one of the employees took a blower and blew all of the dust from under the counter directly into the space where I was sitting, creating a huge cloud of dust! I said something to the employees twice and each time they ignored me and said nothing. This was around 4:30 in the afternoon when it happened. Then they proceeded to continue to walk through and track the settled dust throughout the store for over an hour. This has to be a public health concern, my lungs hurt from inhaling the dust! Disgusting and careless behavior from the employees!

This is my go-to Starbucks and I won’t be going to any others, each time I’ve gone to a different Starbucks, they’ve either gotten my order wrong or were impolite. I’ve never been more grateful for the service at this Starbucks!!

Horrible service. Had my husband pick up a mobile order for me. They disnt wvwn put whipcream or any of the toppings I ordered on my drink or my daughters drink. Didnt even bother with helping my husband at all and our cookies werent there. Last time I order from starbucks. Dunkin is better. we ordered hot chocolates they are very bitter cant even drink it. Spoke to John who didnt even offer a real way to fix it just well make it up to you next time. Thanks for stealing my money.

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks! The staff are outstanding and I know my drink will be perfect every time! Courtney is the best- and surprised me at an alternate location while this one is being renovated! She made my day! Can’t wait for February to get back with their full staff and the great team!

Worst drink I’ve ever had. Tasted absolutely awful. I ordered an iced coffee and there wasn’t a single ice cube in it and it tasted like spoiled milk.
