I stop in here often to get work done around 6am and the baristas are fantastic. They always have a positive attitude and the service is great! Drinks are always prepared right, food is delicious, and the atmosphere is clean and positive 🙂

Slow and bad service! It does no good to order ahead here. They won’t start your order until you get there and you still have to wait. This wasn’t a one time deal. I visit this location more than I care to bc of the location convenience. They wait to start the order EVERY TIME! I started picking up my mobile order in the drive thru bc they always service the drive thru first and the wait time is less than going in to grab it off the counter (since they haven’t started it) even though a lot of times, I’ve sent my order through 20 min or more prior. One time it was 20 min prior and when I got there to pick it up, it wasn’t ready and there was. I one there. There were employees just playing around inside. When I told them I ordered it 20 min ago on the app, they just looked at me and gave no explanation. It’s frustrating bc the point of ordering ahead is to SAVE TIME, but that never happens. Today I waited in the drive through for 25 min. They have no sense of urgency and their parking lot is not made to accommodate the slow work pace. Do better, Starbucks! This is the worst location I’ve been to in the Tulsa area and service is bad on a consistent basis.

Don’t go there today. They only taking cash or the Starbucks app. They had the whole drivethru backed up and people having to go all through the line waiting. They waited until you ordered to tell you they are not taking card payments. Not good service.

Called to get a refund since they only filled my cup HALF WAY (the rest is foam) and they told me NO REFUND but they could remake it if I drive alll the way back up there. Like no I ordered on the app to make this process quick and head straight to work RIDICULOUS I don’t have the time nor patience. Gas is $4.10 I’m not driving up there just for them to do it right the second time. Very disappointed in this location.. NEVER ORDER ON THE APP if you do check your items before you leave. My tea was also not filled up all the way it was a quarter empty just not as bad as this cappuccino.
