As a delivery driver, I’m EXCEEDINGLY impressed with this Satrbucks. The staff is always very friendly, it’s clean, and it’s very rare that my order isn’t ready when I arrive. The staff always greet and thank me when I’m picking up orders, and they are always keeping busy and working efficiently.

Stopped here on a busy Monday morning. The staff was working like crazy to make orders but at the same time- making us laugh with their friendly banter and teamwork. This entire team deserves a raise. They were friendly, funny, and it was evident they all cared for each other and enjoyed what they do.

The food is standard Starbucks fare, perhaps prepared a bit better than other Starbucks in the area. This shop really shines with it’s seating area and employees. It has a very vibrant, friendly and open feel and the employees there are super nice and enthusiastic. La Crosse has no shortage of great coffee shops and oddly enough this little chain store has become one of my favorites.

Not enough tables to sit at all they had taken so we had to go have our drinks and food in car. Also while waiting for order there where others waiting and there was only a small space to wait and I started feeling a bit boxed in. The workers all nice though and they were all working as fast as they could. The drinks were great and so was the food we got. Next time I’m that way I will go again.

Alright first of all, I’d actually like to compliment the service. The lady was nice, and reminded me of my mother. Yummy food, and the chai was decent, but here’s my main gripe with this establishment. The real knit and gritty that just grinds me right in my gears. The location was absolute garbage. I’m on the interstate and I think to myself “man I could really go for some bucks right now” so I put it into my phone and what? Fifteen minutes off the interstate with downtown traffic and stop lights? Yeah, no. I think I could have delivered a child faster than it took for me to drive there. Please consider not putting it in the middle of the boonies next time. Thanks.

Went through the drive-thru this morning and it was a WONDERFUL experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I was in and out quickly and everything I ordered was great. It was single handedly the best fast-food experience I have ever had. Used to work in the fast-food business and I wish we were this good. Awesome job! You made my morning! 🙂
