Great place! I’ve often been a laptop hobo, chilling here for hours working on my homework and novel, (drinking waaay too much coffee) and the staff is *always* polite and courteous!

I am so disappointed. There was a girl working on the drive-through just a little before 11am this morning who refused to make the one coffee I have gotten every day for YEARS. And many times at this specific location since I just moved right down the street. All I asked for was a grandè iced coffee, no Classic, light ice, and half coffee half whole milk. She legit said “we can’t make that, that’s too much milk to put in a drink.” I said that everyone makes it for me with no questions asked, and she said that they were going against the rules. I asked if that is a literal written rule, because I’m petty and next time I’m asking for proof . I felt shamed of my drink of choice. At any stand-alone coffee shop, I could put as much milk in my drink as I wanted. But she was denying my service and refusing the only coffee drink I can legitimately drink. You guys make all of these crazy drinks with SO many alterations and preferences, but denied MINE? Shame on you. I’ve NEVER been denied my preference ever at Starbucks, but this girl just had to be that girl to make someone feel bad on a Sunday morning. Totally disappointed.

Went in with my dad and got a drink coffee place was big and clean customer service was okay a lot of seating for a place that was not that busy customer service was okay aswell but could be better more smiles and a warm welcome would make this place a 5 star

I’m not a big fan of coffee but this place has many options of coffee and snacks Starbucks is obviously a very popular place but I wanted to rate it anyway for fun. Like I said I’m not a fan of coffee so my favorite drink is the strawberry creme it has no coffee and is in the frappicono menu I would definitely recommend it to people who love strawberry shortcake ice cream or any strawberry shortcake flavored items. ( They have a drive thru)

I’ve never had a problem with this location before however, I asked for light ice in my drink today and the cup was literally filled to the top with ice. I got maybe six sips out of my venti drink. As you can see in the picture the cup is filled to the top with ice and is probably the most ice i’ve ever gotten in a starbucks drink, I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this was disappointing

The weekend and holiday crew are awful. They routinely posts a hand written note on door stating drive through only. They then lock the door requiring mobile orders to go through the drive through lane. This wouldn’t be an issue if the lane was empty, but as you can see from the pick it never is. It would better to just not accept mobile orders.

The service was terrific. Everyone was greeted promptly upon entering and despite them being quite busy (it never seemed to let up) they were cranking out orders without delay. I was really impressed to watch everyone working in coordination behind the counter.

I wanted a brownie but they were out. I thought that was good because I’m technically sort of on a diet. Not really… but then the barista suggested a cake pop which would satisfy my craving but is significantly smaller than a brownie. So I told her that she was a genius (totally true) and she wrote that “I deserve it” on the bag. So true. I’m conclusion, I’m a fan of this Starbucks location.
