Rusticana Pizza is the pizzeria in Easton, and honestly, well beyond Talbot County. Among many of our friends in surrounding counties, it’s widely agreed: this is the best pizza around. A true local favorite.
The pizza is consistently excellent, which is no small thing. You always know exactly what you’re going to get, great pizza made well, every single time. Just as important, the customer service is outstanding. The staff sticks around for years, and you see the same familiar faces, which says everything about the place and the people who run it.
Extra kudos for the atmosphere. More than once, I’ve been there when the local mailman is inside, cracking jokes and making everyone laugh. You walk out not just satisfied, but genuinely happy, lifted by the positive energy. It feels like stepping out of an episode of Cheers, where everybody knows your name.
Rusticana isn’t just great pizza, it’s great people, a strong sense of community, and a place that truly feels like home.

The first time I’m disappointed with rusticana. XL Pizza had minimal toppings and wings had no sauce as ordered. Actually the pizza had no flavor, steak Stromboli again no flavor. When Tony was present the product was always good. This was terrible. We haven’t had rusticana in months and now I remember why. Not sure what has happened but the owners need to be back in the kitchen and restaurant again.

The service is just as incredible as the food. Every time you walk in you’re greeted with a warm welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like family. Angie and Vanessa are the best!! They are always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to see their customers. They go above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of.
It’s clear how much pride they take in what they do and it shows in both the food and the customer service. I must say Rusticana NEVER disappoints. We always look forward to going there and it’s truly one of our favorite local spots. We love Rusticana in Easton! Angie is always friendly and upbeat- oftentimes greeting customers by name immediately as they enter. Our favorite pizza is their sweet bbq chicken…..but I have to say…..their cheesesteak subs are AhhhhMAZING!!! Great locally owned businesses with a laid back atmosphere and fantastic food! My daughter and I frequent this identity and thoroughly enjoy the family friendly environment as well as all the fresh and delicious food options! Over the past year we have developed a close relationship with the staff!! Vanessa, Angie, Camyrn, Sam (and Nico) make every visit one full of smiles, laughter and amazing food! During this time period, I have also received catering orders from them and they were spectacular!! From the THREE FOOT sub options to the pizza, salad and chicken tender options, they were all cooked perfectly and delivered with a smile on their face as well! There truly isn’t a better pizza than at Rusticana on Dover. I’ve been visiting here ever since I can remember. Every time I come in no matter when or who is working everyone has a smile on their face and an upbeat attitude. This is one of the few places I can go every time knowing I’ll get a great slice of pizza and great service. If you want pizza in Easton MD this is the place!
