Got the last Unicorn Frappuccino at this Starbucks. They warned me beforehand about the lack of pink powder so I wasn’t disappointed by the appearance. Overall, this place is great and includes friendly/honest crew members, fast service, and a clean/great location in campustown.

Planned to dine in, so had to pay for street parking. Scone dry and not very tasty. Got an extra item we didn’t order, so someone else was missing their item. Didn’t realize this until too late, so couldn’t return. Were able to meet up with party expected and carry on a conversation without disruption.

I cannot say enough good things about this Starbucks location. Many of the baristas have remembered my name and make it a point to welcome me in. They are always busy whenever I come in, yet still make the time to execute great customer service. I always get my drink quickly and the way I ordered it. These baristas work so hard and I am very thankful for them!

Great staff! They are very friendly and nice everytime I go there. Always a great interaction! During this pandemic they have managed to provide service in a safe manner. They always wear mask and I know it is not easy to work with mask all the time, so I have a tremendous respect for them!

If you use the Starbucks app for pickup here, make sure you double-check your order. And if you have any allergy concerns maybe just stay away entirely. Today I ordered two Pumpkin Bread and instead received Banana Nut Bread. Well, I have a nut allergy so it’s good we noticed it before eating or the result could have been severe. There were other items in my order just completely missing which was not the first time.

I have only visited this location once. It can get really busy when the students are back in school. The coffee that I ordered was exactly what I ordered and the staff was pleasant. I try to avoid campus town when school is in session so it was nice to see this location. It was clean and had lots of space to sit down in.

NOTE: While I personally think that all Starbucks are overpriced, I know that’s due to corporate, not the individual stores making decisions. I also really wish they had a drive-thru here but logistically this is not the spot for a drive-thru
