They allowed me to place a mobile order then I arrived there and multiple workers seen me at the door knocking but refused to open the door to communicate. I got there at 8:32pm and even looking from outside the drink wasn’t even made. Horrible!

I’ll try my luck at the Starbucks located in Target next time. Smh. My impossible breakfast sandwich is so hard! And over toasted. There’s no way I can eat the top and bottom half because the top half is as hard as brick! I know you’re all busy, but please… $5 for a brick sandwich, highly disappointed.

Drinks were quick and delicious and I hate to give bad reviews having worked in retail and restaurants but the workers at this location completely took advantage. I sent my husband in to pick a cup out for my daughter who I give my star rewards to to get her cup obsession taken care of. I had to stay in the car with my newborn baby. I had 600 stars and they told him they don’t accept that and charged us $20+ for her cup. Extremely upset by the lies the worker who rung them up told him. He didn’t know any better to speak up and just believed what he was told. Way to take our money and you will NEVER get my business again! Watch your purchases and wallets here! Shady as ever
