We visited the Eggs Up Grill in Hendersonville, on a recent vacation. The food was amazing! I highly recommend the shrimp and grits bowl, Belgian Waffle, and the Caramel Cinnamon Smile coffee. My husband recommends the Founders Hash and Eggs and the French Vanilla Cappuccino. Our server and the atmosphere were great. The prices are very fair.

Although the staff was great, very kind, the owner is not. Rude and “intense” as other guests have described. Does not care about their customers or their image. Food was cold and bland, I had the french toast meal which is hard to mess up. Also the bacon and potatoes tasted like tap water, could have (and will next time) make my own breakfast.

Huge menu. Loved the hash eggs Benedict, but the hash was a little chewy. Still, a keeper. Staff was outstanding. If you are lucky, Sharon will be your server. One of the managers seemed to be making an effort to visit every table. Nice decor. Booth seating was more comfortable than the metal chairs. Prices were average for better breakfast spots. Had to take away one star for the payment system. One is presented their bill on a handheld digital device. The problem is the server is standing right there as you select a gratuity. I’m not comfortable with that. Overall, this place is a winner and I will return when in the area.

Cannot praise the staff at Eggs Up more! Exceptional service, especially from Katrina and Melissa. Both are very professional and attentive, plus they add friendliness to it. Daniel is an incredible owner who is hands on. Not enough words to describe how great this restaurant is.

Service was terrible. I traveled from Tennessee for short stay in Hendersonville. I came at 9:30, which was busy time. Hostess said we can seat you right away at bar. I said that was fine. I sat there and sat there with not one person acknowledging that I was there. I waitressed for many years and even though you may be busy, you should ALWAYS acknowledge the customer! Then a lady(mgr. ?) Says have you been helped, I said no. She took my order, then another girl brought me my ticket. They kept sitting drinks (for other people)and opening boxes right in front of where I was trying to eat! A man, who looked like a mgr (purple shirt) saw me sitting there and never asked how my wood was or anything. The mgr., If working the floor should always ask if everything is to your liking. I was very disappointed in this place. We all get busy, but a simple “I’ll be with you shortly” is appropriate! I tipped but shouldn’t have!
