Last week, I showed up to this location to pick up 3 coffees that I had ordered. I was in a time crunch, so needless to say, I was stressed when I showed up to find out that I had totally messed up my mobile order. The gal who served me was incredibly kind and helpful in getting my mistake straightened out. I did not catch her name, but she was the barista with shoulder-length blonde hair. Starbucks, you are SO lucky to have her on your team! Big thanks to this barista; your small act of kindness and compassion made my whole week.

Drive through wait is 30 mins, they make your drinks way ahead of you getting to window, which causes ice to melt, drinks to mix when not supposed to mix. Just ruins the drink over all. If you go inside to beat the line they sometimes have a worker tell you how long it will be before you even make it to the line to order as if they are trying to make you leave before you order. Never have enjough supplies ordered,which i get but when i asked for a warmer sleve for my kids cup the worker was rude about it. So i said can i have a second cup so does not burn the kids hand and i got itll be a minute we are busy. My last straw was 4 Frappuccinos got handed to me looking like soap bubbles. When asked what was wrong with the drink they lady said I don’t know, does it taste okay? Like if want to keep it instead of trying to correct it. They looked like no one should drink them and the server asked me to try it. Never again

Have driven through drive- thru several times lately and been told dark roast was dripping and would be several minute wait. Went by today and drive thru was closed 11 am- 2pm. On a DOUBLE STAR day!! I mostly just want black coffee but the ” struggle is real” to get it. I wish their darn coffee wasn’t SO ADDICTING or I would just give up.

This location is convenient for me because it’s close to my house but every time I’ve went there my order has been wrong. I go out of the way to order from the Burkhardt location. Ive never had an issue and them staff is super friendly.

I’ve ordered a cafe vanilla frappecino twice now only for it to be incorrect both times. I don’t know if new baristas were not trained on how to make this drink, but it was disappointing that I’ve paid to get a drink that isn’t what I ordered. It’s on the menu, so there should be no reason as to why employees don’t know how to make it.
