They always have my drinks ready for pick up or quickly through the drive through. They don’t seem to be out of ingredients which is great. The employees are very kind and don’t draw attention to themselves in other ways most other stores do, which is appreciated.

Its 2:38 pm, Wednesday January 20th. I ordered and iced Venti Chai Tea with whip cream via doordash. It came to me hot, with no whip cream. The young lady that answered the phone introduced herself as a shift manager, and the way she handled the call floored me that shes in leadership. She asked me, “what did I want her to do about it, it’s already been picked up.” When I told her apologizing for the inconvenience would be a good start, she laughed. Definitely done with Starbucks at this point. And if she suffers no reprimand, then she will continue to speak to people however she feels, and Starbucks will continue to lose customers over it.

I just ordered a pink drink TRENTON SIZE I ORDERED THE PINK DRINK WITH STRAWBERRY COLD FOAM TWO MANGO DRAGON FRUITS AND IT HAD IT DELIVERED THROUGH DOORDASH. Last night (3MAR2026) I probably encountered one of the rudest little girls I could encounter at the drive-through window.

As I pulled up to pay for and receive my order, she asks “is there something I can do for you?” not in a polite way, but in a condescending snooty way.

I told her I was here to pay for my order, she looks down at her screen and huffs and walks away.

This is unacceptable drive-through service. If you don’t like dealing with the public, go work in a warehouse.

UPDATE: Hallelujah! Again, I stopped at the Starbucks off the interstate, crossing my fingers and hoping that, for the first time ever, I’d have good service. And it happened! They were busy with drive thru and carryout orders, but I was still acknowledged when I walked in, and the cashier wrapped up her work quicky and handled my order within maybe a minute of walking in the door. But ahead of me was a guy picking up a zillion drinks, so I held my breath on drink execution (since the rockstar cashier wasn’t the one making drinks – I’ve been burned before with a drive-thru priority set of baristas). But nope, my drink was done probably 3 minutes later! Finally!! Now I’ll be cautiously optimistic when stopping by here. Way to go team!

I want to like this starbucks because it’s convenient off the interstate, but it always takes FOREVER. Even if there are 3 people working and only one customer.

Signs on the doors said lobby closed due to lack of staffing, however we counted 10+ people including a family with kids sitting in the lobby drinking drinks etc. we just wanted to do a pit stop and get a coffee, frustrating the lobby doors would be locked with so many people in the lobby….

The two gals that waited on us were so sweet and smart and kind. Supervisor or manager was there , not sure which one this afternoon. you run this location nicely.

Came for a drip coffee and they said their coffee machine was broken. I worked in coffee shops for years and that’s simply inexcusable. You should always have a back up brewer on site, and an on call relationship with repair service.

Stopped here on a road trip home from AL. Both bathrooms were completely void of toilet paper. Ordered a Trenta green iced tea, got a venti that was mostly ice, not full, and had to wait over 15 minutes for it.
