Waited in line 15 minutes for my mobile order which was just a drink…. they need to have a reserve spot or a better way to get through a drive thru quicker.. I was even at the window for a good 2 mins and not even greeted.. I work at Chick fil a and I always make sure someone is at the window saying hello to our guest. This starbucks must be different than the one I originally go to.

This is the only Starbucks I didn’t love. My sister and I went here today and every drink we ordered, she shortly told me they were out, then impatiently added they stopped serving certain flavors in December. That’s fine, it was the matter-of-fact tone she used when the Starbucks on 23 in Martin’s still serves them so I didn’t know this specific location wasn’t anymore. Lastly, they were out of frappé coffee(?) so “if we really wanted it, we would need to wait several minutes” which again is fine but they just sounded annoyed the entire time. You know when you go somewhere and you feel guilty for being a customer? That’s what happened.

The crew and Manager work really good together and you really dont see that very offtenand I really enjoy the place I can almost be there alday if I could sandwiches are good and all the coffees are great but I need to try the tea yet well have a good year all of you.

I’ve never been one to leave a bad starbucks review. But recently it has not been it. I understand the holiday season is when they are extra busy, however the service should be important no matter the busy season. If someone is paying over $6 for a drink, I would expect proper service. I’m waiting over 30 min for a drink, this should be disclosed when someone is about to order. That way they aren’t paying for a drink and then forced to waiting almost an hour.

This Starbucks has quickly gone downhill over the past several months. I do not blame the baristas, they are doing the best they can regardless of how miserable they look behind the bar. I blame the overall management which seems to be absent and they’re leaving their employees to the wolves most of the time.

Well I would like to have a good review BUT I showed up 10 minutes past 1 pm Looking for something to quench my thirst that was so savory But instead I go through the drive-through with no response go to the front door to only see a sign that says they close at 1 Even though everything else shows they close at 3 So about the only good thing I can say about this location is the outside was clean As a side note the Jimmy John’s a few doors down has soda pop for a fraction of the price of a refresher and that’s what I ended up getting And for the record there were another 4 people right along with me trying to get Starbucks

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review of Starbucks, which is crazy considering the amount of coffee and food I have purchased from them over the years. Normally, every Starbucks in the countless states and countries I’ve been to them in is pretty status quo. Unfortunately, this Starbucks is a special kind of awful. And I DO NOT BLAME THE EMPLOYEES!!! This is the only Starbucks in the area, and it is sorely understaffed in addition to new staff who doesn’t quite move as quickly as other locations. The drive thru moves quicker than in store, but beyond that ordering in store and mobile for pick up through the app are a nightmare. People routinely wait 15-20min for a single drink. Today alone I saw a girl(new barista) make three back to back orders incorrectly, and then have to take the time remaking them. There doesn’t seem to be any organization or hierarchy behind the counter as far as managers are concerned. People are often frustrated and leave before drinks are ready. They also seem to have a tendency to check if a mobile order customer is in the store before making the order. That seems to defeat the purpose of placing an order before arriving to the store. Again, I don’t blame the employees because they are trained and staffed by corporate. But seeing as this location is a high volume store for the area, Starbucks needs to do better.
