Single worst DQ experience ever. Ordering was ridiculously difficult for aome reason. No one could seem to understand us, and I spoke very loudly and clearly. I asked for a birthday cake blizzard and was told that they didn’t have it. They do, they just don’t know how to make it or they didn’t want to. Then waited in the drive through like for 45 minutes, no exaggeration. It seemed like only one person was inside making the food while I watched kid employees walk around drinking pops. Get everything home just to realize that the chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard I ordered was literally just vanilla ice cream with the cookie dough thrown in. Wasn’t made with the fudge, wasn’t blended.

Gotta be the worse DQ EVER!!. Stood in line for 15 mins and no one even took my order. 8-10 people working and they all looked and ignored me. Stop hiring these young kids that don’t give a heck. Every other DQ is fast and friendly this location is far from that. Calling cooperation and make sure stuff gets changed.

This place has the WORST customer service. You’re always waiting to get the chance to order, then when you do–youre spoken to like you’re an inconvenience. Finally, when you DO get the order, it’s never right, never fresh or something else is wrong with it. On more than occasion, doesn’t matter if this inhouse, pickup or doordash. This location IS the worst in the area. You’re better going to Whitehall or Reynoldsburg.

My order was wrong. When I asked for it to be corrected the manager took it in the back for twenty minutes. My neighbor was in back of me she pulled off because it took so long. I’m not going to eat it.
