Every-time I have come to this location it has been hit or miss when it comes to customer service I have received going through the drive thru. Going inside everyone is friendly. Drive thru a whole other thing. I’m the past few months I have had one pleasant encounter going through and that was just this past weekend. I went there this morning and the gentleman at the window woke up on the ring side of the bed. Not a smile a good morning a nothing. I know it’s the morning but if you hand me my stuff and I say thank you and you say nothing afterwards and just close the window that is very rude. I’m not sure what happened to all the friendly staff that used to work the window but bring them back because they young kids don’t know manners or basic customer service. If you can’t serve a smile with the coffee maybe find a new career path. Again this is not the first time that the staff has been rude and acted like they are above everyone else. Coffee great, food good, window baristas suck….. Dunkin & Coffee Cabin are looking real good about now. Rather have some coffee without the attitude.

I stop here very regularly because my work is across the street…..there is a starbucks closer to my house but I always drive right past because they aren’t nearly as friendly as this location!

I normally avoid this location bc the drive-thru backs up into the parking lot, but I was at a nearby shop and stopped in for my bday drink. Both the service and drink were terrible. It was several minutes before someone spoke to me and asked if I needed help. Then the person making the drinks just sat my cup on the counter and mumbled my name even though I was standing near the pick up area. Not a “welcome in”, no “thank you, have a great evening”; and my Frappuccino was soupy. Now the drive-thru won’t be the only reason I avoid this location

Always great service here. They keep it clean and seem to have a full staff on hand! Don’t be fooled by parking spots available right in front though. As soon as a drive thru line forms, you’ll be waiting forever to leave. You’re better off parking a little further down the mall.

I was here to do some homework in lobby and it was towards the end of the night and this employee was absolutely so rude to everyone in the drive through. The reason I know is because you were able to hear the girl employee with beanie and long ponytail try taking someone’s order and then she would mute her mic and call them the “r” word and “I swear we get the stupidest people” “why doesn’t this lady have common sense to order a drink” and then would act nice again after getting back on the mic. Other employees there laughing and some people in lobby were getting uncomfortable. Beanie girl with long ponytail needs a wake up call.
