They’re usually super busy and still get drinks done in a timely manner!! I work next door, and so I’m here a lot and literally all the co workers are so friendly. The manager, i think Gio, is the absolute best. Plus they always get my drink just right!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a venti iced matcha latte with sweet cream. When I received my drink through the drive threw it looked like I had ordered a venti milk. It did not look green at all. I tasted my drink and it tasted like milk and cream. I even looked at the bottom of the cup to see if maybe they just didn’t stir it enough. There was no matcha at the bottom. Mind you, I just payed almost 8 dollars for this drink. I then went inside and gave the cashier my drink and there was a Hispanic gentleman that was making the drinks for the drive threw. He stated that they we’re running low on matcha and he had to make it stretch and that’s why my drink looked like that. You have to be kidding me right…? He explained there is a shortage of matcha at all locations and that some locations are completely out of matcha. He also stated that’s why my drink looked the way it did because he shortened the recipe for matcha powder in my order. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service at that. I will never be returning to this location. If you were running low or out of a product, that should be announced at the speaker when the customer is ordering their drink or food item. And this wasn’t advised to me upon ordering my drink.

This has to be the worst Starbucks in Indianapolis. There is no customer service here. Just finished ordering a breakfast sandwich and waiting for 20 minutes… When I asked about the food I was told it was sold out. After speaking to a manager and greeted rudely I realized that this is actually the culture of this particular store. The manager REFUSED to make a different sandwich and I had to demand a refund. Is this how Starbucks works now? Manager doesn’t care about the customers? NEVER GO HERE. NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE WORKING AT STARBUCKS. DO BETTER.

Fruit/cheese/cracker trays had soggy fruit as though they’d been frozen and thawed or were super old. Bathrooms dirty, door wouldn’t lock, and almost no water pressure. Out of numerous drink ingredients. Staff was friendly.

The associate who rang us up was very sweet and friendly, but I had to leave a review about how filthy this location was. The bathroom I used looked like no one had cleaned the vanity all week. There was so much actual loose brown dirt on the vanity surface and dust and hair. It was really gross. I don’t expect a spotless bathroom by a long shot, but this was kind of beyond. The counter top where your drink comes up was also really dirty, covered in spills. There were boxes all over the hallway to the restroom and a mop and wet floor sign laid against the wall near by where you order. This was probably the messiest and dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen and I’ve lived in plenty of major cities….I’ve been to truck stops that were way, way cleaner.

New Starbucks, not in Target It has been awhile where the name and Pride of Starbucks is shown by the directed thought of detail to the art on th wall which shows different types of coffee without a printed word Starbucks carries. This Starbucks has a double door, which helps keep the temperature constant. It’s Usual treat to have so much seating, 6 different kinds of seating. This Starbucks can seat over 60 people! The drinkware and packaged coffee are there in a tasteful there, but not in the way. The track lighting provides the perfect lighting while keeping the mood soft and calm. Easy listening music plays in the background low enough to have conversations over it with ease. The Starbucks staff goes ubove and beyond here. The Starbucks staff knows me by name, greets me with a smile, and knows my drink without the use of the computer, this is a very cool thing. This is the only Starbucks in this area that has comfortable seating to the side by the window. Even the electrical outlets have usb ports to charge directly. I come here to relax and enjoy my coffee drink which is made to perfection. When I leave, I think to myself, When can I come to this Starbucks location for the perfect coffee experience.

Shockingly incompetent store and manager. Arrogant, aggressive and confrontational. So bad it makes me want to avoid Starbucks altogether. I’ve worked at a Starbucks and been through the training program. How this store is allowed to operate in such a manner is beyond me. Every level is in need of serious review.
