I dont think they made my apple macchiato right, and the cashier never asked for my name so I stood there waiting for a long time not knowing my drink had been made. My chocolate croissant was also cold and not warm. No one greeted me when I walked in. I do not recommend this location.

Today’s visit was poor my coffee got forgotten and after 15 minutes when we brought it to the attention of a server that is when we could get their attention. After I got on the road the coffee wasn’t drinkable. There were plenty of people working. The employees were not friendly no smiles several people stood there waiting along with us. This is a big deal because this is the 3rd Starbucks in the area that this type of service has been experienced in the last 60 days. This was my last visit to Starbucks. The brand has lost site of customer service and the product it self is going downhill fast. This is to bad because I have been a fan of Starbucks for years. The company needs to look at they brand, training, up keep and cleanliness. This is good bye to Starbucks and hello to the other coffee shops and brands that are out there;

Worst experience ever at a Starbucks. Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru behind only 4 cars. No greeting, no smile, no welcome or thank you from employee at window. I look inside and every employee has a scowl on his or her face. This place needs help.

Pretty fast service, Went through the drive-through October 14th 22 ordered a large dragon drink it’s an amazing drink by the way most of the time it was $6.16 and it was the all time worst drink ever I don’t know why but they put like 4 pieces of little bitty fruit in there 6 ice cubes and way too much coconut milk for the drink and it was just awful I didn’t even drink it $6.16 down the drain Oh don’t take my word on it I’m gonna post pictures to prove it thanks Starbucks at South port road.

Though it was a fast service and clean environment, I would like to see more of an update on their customer relations policy concerning some of the workers attitude when dealing with some of their clients on the more earlier shifts. I understand things can be difficult dealing with people during a time of needed caffeine, but should be no excuse for such a premium vendor such as this.

Place is a typical Starbucks kept clean and organized. I usually order my drinks through the mobile app it is faster since they have a dedicated batista to mobile orders while everyone else works the drive-through and counter orders.

I frequent Starbucks once or twice a month. So I’m accustomed to what they look like inside, and what service to expect. This morning was Mother’s day so maybe they were a little more busier than usual. But no one was smiling behind the counter so I usually take that as it’s not a great place to work. I got my latte pretty quick, but then waited over five minutes for my Mom’s iced tea, with no explanation. No one said “Sorry, we’re brewing some fresh tea right now so it’ll be a few extra minutes”. And the wasn’t any “sorry for your wait” either. And the whole place was so messy! Papers, unfinished drinks, and used napkins on every table. And the sugar and cream station was really bad as you can see in the pic I took. The floor had garbage all over too. So maybe because it was extra busy that morning, but come on, this was terrible.
