Experience depends on employees working at the time. My first two visits were 5 star everything was clean and the staff older woman at the register was awesome. However my latest dine in experience may be the last for my wife and I. Every table was filthy, previous customers trash was piled up on top of the trash tables and if the staff cares nothing about cleanliness where the customers are, I can only imagine the kitchen and this is a brand new pizza hut.

I was honestly impressed with this location this time. Overall experience i was impressed. My order was perfect and the timing was awesome. Wanted to thank th6e entire staff for making for going above and beyond for me. I do recommend this location and i will be return more often.

We went to this location on Saturday night. We have never gone to this location and we were on this side of town that day. My kids wanted pizza and so we ordered on the app and waited the allocated time. When it was ready we went to the window and waited for what seemed to be 20 mins or more. We considered leaving but my wife told me to call the store so I did. There was no answer. So I called again, and this time the call center picked up and thought I was trying to place an order. I explained that we already ordered and we had been waiting at the window. She told me to hold on as she would call the store. After a while later she came back on and said that someone would be there in a few mins. So we continued to wait and finally a younger woman and what appeared to be a manager showed up. They came out of the corner in what seemed to be in a hurry and as the manager was coming to the window the younger woman was fixing her hair. It seemed like maybe other things were going on but that is only my assumption. We finally got the food that was not very warm and did not have extra beef like we asked for. By this time we just wanted to get our food and leave. I hope that other things were not going on but who really knows.
