This place is digusting. Very unclean. I ordered carry out. The pizza wa undercooked. I had them remake it and it was undercooked again and the sauce was rancid. My daughter’s step sister stared to throw up shortly after eating the pizza. The store manager refused to refund my money. DO NOT EAT HERE not mention the store manager and staff looked like slobs. Do better Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut is in my personal opinion the best in town of Amarillo. If you want fresh and delicious food, very friendly and professional staff, just stop by and Dine in or Take out home. Ask for the Manager Ty OBrien and he will serve you with the best quality, friendly and courteous customer service. 200% recommend this place to take your family and eat a awesome fabulous meals. Pizza Hut has certainly changed over the years but this one has done a fine job keeping up. It’s a scaled down location but the menu is full. The staff is amazing friendly and professional. They offer carry out as well as dine in. This location doesn’t have a buffet but they make up for it with a great slice. The manager is amazing and has heart. He truly has a passion for what he does. Don’t skip on this local.

Well the call center, for what ever reason didn’t put my order in. So when I got there, I had to reorder. The Manager was professional apologetic. Took my big order, & got it with in 15min the crew was friendly & place was Clean. Couldn’t rate the ambiance because they were empty at the time. The food was Gr8.

I’m back as a customer! We had a bad experience years ago and had stopped going, but I’m ready to be a regular. I love their thin pepperoni- no one else comes close. My husband loves the pan- thick and loaded. The pizza was hot, loaded with toppings and delicious.
