Omg 80ppl working behind the counter and still ridiculous slow. Unable to prioritize customers by wait time. Just ignoring walk up to do drive thru &/or online orders that never stop. If you’re retired or bored and not in a hurry, then go hang out for 40 minutes waiting on your order.

My daughter ordered 3 drinks on the mobile app and all 3 lids came off. 1 came off and spilled in her car, the 2nd she was able to catch and the 3rd one dumped all over me and our couch. I understand saving money but could we go back to lids that don’t pop off so easily? Never had trouble before.

I visit this store pretty frequently, pulling up my account customer service can see this, and not once did I ever encounter the rudeness I experienced today. When I pulled up to the intercom, I told them I had a mobile order for myself, & they told me to pull forward. I then waited in line for another 15 minutes until I got to the window, & when I did the barista (red hair, didn’t give her name) told me they didn’t have an order for me. I showed her my receipt and she verified it was the right store. I then started repeating off my order to help them and she every time I spoke kept cutting me off every time I spoke she kept saying “can I see it, can I see it, can I see it” okay, I’m not giving you my phone? She acted as if I was lying about my order. Not once has this happened here. After she finally got done arguing with me, as we were leaving, she very condescendingly said “have a nice day”. Totally uncalled for and unnecessary for their mess up.

Writing this review in the parking lot right now. The workers here are the BEST IN THE WORLD. Especially the night crew! They have my name and order memorized, but the biggest thing is how sweet they are to my 3 year old daughter! They dance with her, play with her, make her laugh, etc! She LOVES them!! Their kindness makes my heart so happy I could cry! Thank you to the Starbucks Franklin crew, you’re 1 in a million & you each need a raise!

Zero stars. Over 20 people waiting in lobby for mobile orders while employees ignored and filled drive thru orders. We waited 20 minutes then another 5 at the counter to cancel the order. Others just walked out. I’d avoid this location, at least on Saturday mornings. Went to the Meijer location and was in and out in 5 minutes.

I order a Trinta pink drink, no ice, no strawberry peices. EVERY SINGLE TIME it’s DIFFERENT. You can ask them about it, & they say it’s because I don’t get ice. I can go to other Starbucks & get a drink EVERYTIME. I don’t understand.

Coffee grounds in my $6.00 coffee. This is not acceptable for a premium coffee vendor like SB. The girl that took the order was NOT very friendly. I guess I got a coffee for cop. Sad, SB’s liberal agenda was overly translated to a really gross coffee provided to law enforcement because of my occupation. Thanks for the bad and expensive experience.
