Riverside Burger is a walk-up, open air eatery along the river next to the JW Marriott. The burgers my wife and I ordered were cooked very well, and the service was impeccable. The only downside is it may be hard to find seating if it is a busy night.

One of the most delicious smash burgers I’ve ever had. It’s a classic burger, but very tasty and light.
The meat is delicious, clean, fresh, and there’s no black pepper taste to cover up the flavor!
The bun is fluffy and very soft, and the tomatoes and lettuce are fresh, as well as the fries.
It was so good that I ate there twice in one week.
I regret not trying it before during my previous visits here in Savanah.

There is no indoor seating, but the food makes up for it. These burgers are fantastic, and flavorful. The fries are crispy and come in a good portion size.

Super friendly staff and easily one of the best smash burgers I’ve had! Go for the Royale (with an egg). Everything is made to order, right in front of you, and fairly priced for food on the riverfront. They have a good selection of local beer with decent seating options.
