Had a problem with my order. They accepted it knowing they didn’t have an item, told my dasher to have me call support and get a refund instead of saying they didn’t have the item. I have had plenty of times where the store reaches out saying they don’t have something. Support won’t offer a refund for who knows what reason. Now I have ordered stuff they didn’t have and lost out on money. Tried calling the store multiple times and all I get is people laughing or a loud blaring noise in my ear.

Bathroom dingy dirty.. chicken tenders dry.. only got one sauce for 4 tenders. Fries were not fresh.. have been in warmer. Only reason we stopped was because a business nearby had a big parking lot for our trailer to turn around. Would NOT GO HERE AGAIN.

Dear KFC,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of the chicken I received at your location in Troy, Al this evening . I placed my order at approximately 7:45 PM, and by the time I picked it up , I found the chicken to be very small, picked over, dry, overcooked, and lacking the usual quality I have come to expect from KFC.
The chicken strips were tiny and, at almost $3 per strip, not worth the money for the quality and size. Additionally, my 8-piece order consisted entirely of small thighs and drums. For the $44 I paid, this was absolutely the poorest quality and service I have ever experienced.
Disturbed by the poor quality of my meal, I immediately addressed the issue with the management and staff. Unfortunately, their response was not only dismissive but also highly unprofessional. They informed me that “that’s all we got and we’re not cooking no more tonight. It’s the end of the night.” This was particularly frustrating considering it was only 8pm when they prepared the order, and I believe there was still ample time to prepare fresh food for customers.
As a loyal KFC customer, I have always appreciated the quality and service provided by your establishments. However, this recent experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. The dismissive attitude of the staff and management, coupled with the poor quality of the food, has significantly tarnished my perception of your brand. This seems to be a recurring issue every time we order from KFC in Troy, AL.
I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. I kindly request a refund or a replacement meal for the substandard food I received. Additionally, I urge you to review the customer service practices at this location to prevent such disappointing experiences for other customers.

Ordered 8 piece original recipe. Checked chicken and it appeared to be crispy. Returned to lobby and waited another 10 minutes for the one worker and her response was, “We got a new cook, it’ll taste the same”. Never offered to make it right or refund. When I got home and put chicken on platter, there were only SEVEN pieces of crispy chicken. There was a missing breast. Ridiculous to pay $31 for an 8 piece meal and not get what you ordered. The chicken was definitely not original recipe.

Yesterday at around 7:04 PM, I visited this KFC location and had one of the most unpleasant and humiliating experiences I’ve ever gone through in a restaurant. After ordering, I went to the women’s restroom. One of the stalls was extremely dirty, so I chose the larger one. What I did not realize at first was that the door had openings or abbreviations that allow people outside to look directly inside.
Instead of respectfully warning me about this, one of the employees—a short Black woman with braids in her hair, some of them dyed red—noticed and decided to call another coworker. This second employee was a short Latina woman with brown skin, wavy hair, and who obviously spoke Spanish. Together, they stood outside, looked in through the openings, and laughed at me.
This was beyond disrespectful—it was humiliating, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. I felt watched, mocked, and treated as if I had done something wrong when all I wanted was to use the restroom in peace. I didn’t say anything at the moment because I didn’t want to create an uncomfortable atmosphere for the other customers, but this behavior is unacceptable and should never happen in a place like KFC.
On top of that, management should seriously fix that bathroom door. I doubt I am the only customer who has gone through this kind of situation, and it is outrageous that something so basic has not been addressed.
This experience left me feeling hurt, angry, and disrespected. I truly hope management takes this complaint seriously and makes sure no other customer has to go through the same thing.

Tried the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was very delicious but it just wasn’t hot enough for me it was more like a Nashville Warm chicken sandwich. Next I’ll try a different sandwich or step up to that KFC Buffet. **Free WIFI is also available at this location**
