Starbucks is all about the service and every branch has different employees come and go. This branch over the three years I would say mostly the employees are friendly and awesome. Few high school “maybe” employees have been here before and made stupid things and show disrespect. I have seen both but overall the good ones outweigh.

If you pay for premium coffee you should expect good customer service, but is not the case for this location! Tried to give this location another chance but nothing changes. The girl who I asked a question for clarification on my order answered in a condescending way. I’m sorry I’m the customer. Definitely not coming back and will make sure to let others know of the bad experience received here. Not worth a penny of my money.

PLEASE shut this location down.. Everyday they are out of bagels, Yogurt, orange juice.. Why even have it on the menu if you really never have it. Worse customer service i’ve ever had, terrible location spend more money on gas and GO to another location..

every time i go here without fail my order is always gets messed up or it takes 10 minutes for one drink. today I went through the drive-through and was given an incorrect drink and when I asked if there was a price difference between the drink that was rung up for me versus the drinks that I ordered the girl at the drive-through said no but then when I went to look on the app there was over a one dollar difference so I also ended up over paying for my drink

Not impressed with this location. The female staff here has had a bad, sarcastic attitude every time we have gone. I let it go the first few times, but it’s getting old. It’s honestly almost as though they’re trying to gain the opposite reputation that Chick-fil-a staff have. Thankful I have another, albeit a mile further, option. Will not be returning to this location.
