We weren’t sure what to expect because we had never been to Chef Chuck’s before. Wow! The pizza was absolutely incredible! We would give it 10 stars if we could. We ordered the Arizona and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Can’t wait to try something else. We also got the antipasto salad and it was amazing as well. We will definitely come back when we are in town again! Staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. You can’t go wrong if you’re looking for an amazing pizza in Elk Rapids!!

The pizza at Chef Chuck’s is really good, so much better than any of the pizza chains, but too pricey.You definitely pay a high price for their pizza. We only had one topping (mushrooms) on our large pizza. There were only a couple mushrooms on each slice and they charged us nearly $5.00 for that. I live nine miles from Elk Rapids and love coming here for the outdoor recreation so once in awhile my boyfriend and I treat ourselves to Chef Chuck’s Pizza.The staff here works real hard and do an amazing job running the pizzeria. The atmosphere is cozy and the location at 147 River Street is wonderful because you can have pizza right in the heart of beautiful Elk Rapids and even head to the beach to eat your pizza.

Hands down the best pizza I’ve had. I have the good fortune to live in Elk Rapids so I can go there any day of the week. The pizzas are phenomenal. Try the Chef Chucks pizzazz pizza. The seven cheese rocks too not to mention the Mediterranean salad and toasted sandwiches. If you are in Elk Rapids you definitely need to give it a try!

Delicious! The burrito pizza is so good. Refried beans and cheese make up the base with lots of delicious veggies on top – red peppers, red onions, jalapeños, black olives. Definitely worth a try!

I’ve been going here since childhood, and now it is on my way home from my job, so I stop there often. Great food, quality ingredients, may seem a little pricey at first, but it is definitely worth it. There is a reason they win awards for the best pizza. The seven cheese and classic pepperoni pizzas are some of the greatest I’ve ever had. Employees are friendly and quick. The only complaint I could have is that the overall size of the lobby is small, but that is a constraint of being downtown and surrounded on all sides.

Well it has great potential it’s not there yet, with inside and outside eating front and rear is plenty of space for your friends to enjoy a decent meal. Well I’m not a big lover of wheat I believe they’re crust is made with it. And maybe let your tone down the parsley or basil they’re using in their sauce it overwhelms pretty much everything on their pizzas.

The pizza was SO GOOD! We also tried their “bread sticks” which was delicious as well. The building is a small building on the main street strip of businesses. My husband and I dined in, which the dining area is just a small 3-5 table area. The wait was not long- we had the Cajun sausage and pepperoni pizza and it was AWESOME!!! There were signs up that said they sell pizza by the slice 11am – 3pm which would be a good option but we got there just after 3 and they are strick on the timing. We shared a small pizza and it was more then enough for the two of us.

We’ve come here since it opened, it’s our favorite pizza ever! So happy it reopened, it’s every bit as good as it was when it was Chef Charles. No visit to Elk Rapids is complete without a visit to Chef Chuck’s. The crust is amazing, and the toppings are fresh and delicious with many great choices. It’s worth the cost, I highly recommend Chef Chuck’s. No other area pizza place can compete though some have tried over the years!
