I go here every few months because it’s right by my apartment and easy to grab something for my toddler and I after work. I really don’t know why I keep thinking anything will change. It’s always something. Today I ordered an egg & cheese biscuit combo for myself and a Mac and cheese kids meal for my son. I also ordered Bo-berry biscuits and the AI attendant told me it would take 4 minutes which was fine. When I got to the window I was told they’re out of egg. So I guess they can’t make an egg in 4 minutes? Idk. I’m a vegetarian so I couldn’t substitute for anything else, so I said just a cheese biscuit I guess. I got my food within like 2 minutes which is a red flag because they almost always take 10-15 minutes to get food out from the drive thru. I should have checked my order but I didn’t. Got home, made myself an egg to put on my egg and cheese biscuit. Go to plate up our food and I didn’t have my side. Kids meal didn’t have a biscuit. So essentially I paid the price of 2 meals but only got 1 meal. And the food from this location is always so disappointing and never tastes like it does at other locations. Today the green beans were insanely salty, and that’s saying a lot coming from me, meanwhile the Mac and cheese had no flavor whatsoever and the biscuit was dry.

well as you can see my chicken in my 3 piece supreme was completely raw. all three pieces. raw. this is a health violation and i will be bringing this to higher ups. i am completely appalled and cannot believe this was served to me raw uncooked chicken

on 1/23/26 7:40ish pm my wife brought home food for dinner. they got the order wrong, half of the fried were cooked so much they were just crunchy shells, biscuits were hard, overall not good. I never have this problem at breakfast time. But when I go for lunch or dinner 9 times out of 10 I’m asked to pull up and wait, then I have to walk in because they forget about me and ask for my food. I think corporate needs to come and retrain the staff. the 5 star reviews on this place obviously don’t eat here often.

I want to get lunch today left my wallet in the bathroom lady contacted me to get the wallet and I opened it to give her money but instead all the money was gone the yong manager was rude I had no reason to lie I literally opened my wallet to give her some cash will be filing police report. This is terrible I worked in retail for 17 years found pepoles wallets all the time never in my mind would I ever take someone’s money.

Looked decent. Got my sandwich. Got in the car and opened it. Wasn’t hot and they gave me half a broken biscuit. Came back to get it remade. Guy that remade it had one glove touching the remade sandwich with bare hands. Just asked for a refund at that point

I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, for dinner. It was horrible. The eggs were leftover from whenever and the bacon was old and didn’t even smell like bacon any more. It tasted like grease. I’m visiting NC and was excited to go there. Shame on them… serving day old food. Nice staff. Crappy food. Period. Got Cole slaw too, but was scared to eat it. No tellin.

This location is close so we reluctantly come to this store. The staff are not friendly. They usually have an attitude and definitely don’t want to be at work. The fries are dry and stale sticks. The Bo rounds on occasion are hot and fresh although today they were not. The overall experience is usually awful. Is it too much to ask for professionalism? It’s kind of ridiculous really. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere if you can.

Took my mom here on 10/20/25 around 6:30pm, girl at window was very polite, I had been warned not to go to this location but not too many places to eat near there so she got chicken strip combo with pintos, rice, chicken was stale, little bit of pintos in mostly water, rice was good , Over $15 , As high as everything is and she is on limited income SS it’s highly disappointing that in this day in time no care is put into a order anymore that’s exactly why I was warned not to go to this location she said she would not go there again. Sure no loss for them they could care less as shown in the $15 meal she got that was useless ! Didn’t post this on anger they don’t care, won’t a refund no! Just here to let others no this may be your hard earned money

Smelly food. Mashed potatoes & gravy it looked disgusting. This is the worst Bojangles I have been to in my life. Told the Al talk box & cashier fries on both orders. No cashier put mash potatoes after 4x telling her. First visit & was hoping their reviews were not true. Indeed they are and we got sick on the stomach all parties and had to take medicine for our tummies. I let out a gas ball after that visit that made my family sick from the funk. Bad food will do that. Close this location down, beat it.
