So many times I ordered sturbaks coffee from different locations and the most of the time I had to repeat again and again my order, because is always wrong! My husband now tried to buy me two times coffee Frappuccino and again was something different. West Market Street in Akron Ohio, also the store in Cuyahoga Falls store number 14302 always make mistakes!!!! The people who work inside need to listen better when someone is ordering something! This is our money we spend for something you give us wrong! We pay money for nothing, because if I don’t have my order I throw it in the trash!!! It is so hard to the employee to listen better before they start to make wrong orders????

I went to get a holiday beverage and it took 20 minutes for me to get my coffee. It was very busy when I went into the store, but I never waited that long for a grande coffee. The staff were super friendly and were very polite.

Insanity, at 12:00 pm we pulled into the drive though at 12:05 we got to the ordering speaker. At 12:26 we left after asking if anyone could hear us and recieved no response. There’s a line of 5 people behind us. I think the employees just left. Starbucks needs to start paying better so their their employees aren’t over worked and under paid.
