Great friendly service! and Great food! Love sitting outside under the tiki hut which usually has a nice breeze. Great little gem in Miami Springs, bordering Hialeah. Support Local!

Very welcoming restaurant. Inside was nice and fresh . Food was so delicious , had alligator bites with rice, crispy fresh fries, everything hit the spot . Their sauce for alligator was so tasty. It was a good serving amount to fill you up. Also don’t want to forget the waitress that went out his way. He was very patient with us a young man with curly hair sorry I forgot your name. My daughter thought the fountain lemonade was too watered down and the kind gentleman made her fresh squeezed lemonade that turned her frown to a smile. Great work overall . Would love to stop by again when I’m back in Miami especially for a Mimosa that was perfectly mixed.

So happy the old Crackers location is back and better than ever! Chicken fried chicken is my favorite! But all their entrées are amazing!

The foods not worth the absolutely miserable service. If they seem even kind of busy steer clear, they don’t know how to handle a crowd. To make matters worse, they respond to complaints by blaming their guests for being impatient rather than being at all sympathetic. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me.
