If you walk-in to place your order, you will be totally ignored and left standing there, unacknowledged, waiting for a cup of coffee for 10 minutes. This has consistenly occurred the last four mornings I’ve visited this location, so it is not a one-off experience. Employees are unfriendly and don’t even smile; they give off the vibe they are miserable and detest working there. This store does not subscribe to the service model of taking care of the customer standing directly in front of you. This location is consistently disappointing, which is (fortunately) not typical of other Starbucks stores.

Usually I get good orders from Starbucks store on Henderson. Today, I had the worst orders. I am not sure why, but we ordered at 7:30 PM and we waited for a long time and then we got bad orders. I am not sure if it is the staff or what!!

They usually move pretty quickly even when busy and staff is always very helpful and polite. The inside can be packed during the day with people working and meeting but it’s always quiet and you’re likely to nab a seat inside or out! I prefer it to the smaller location located a few minutes down bethel rd.

Please shake the iced shaken espressos 🙁 my favorite drink but half of the time it looks like it hasn’t been shaken and it has too much milk (i feel like i’m drinking a latte). For reference, the first picture my drink was so good! Other times it has too much milk (second picture) Other than that the baristas are friendly! Thank you for all you do!!

This is honestly one of the worst Starbucks in Columbus! Service is slow and staff just stands around joking. Horrible customer service and health practices. I watched 2 separate employees wipe their face or nose specifically and then touch the tops of peoples drinks. Canceled my order and left!

Good morning everyone, especially a shout out to Amanda. I’m sorry you got my delicious trenta pumpkin cream cold brew and I got your Venti iced coffee. This store has been miserable for the last year, my girlfriend ordered a HOT Latte several times throughout the summer and always ended up with ICED, I have been ignored in the store and today they continue to express their negligence. They swapped coffees and gave me the wrong parfait. I wish I could blame a delivery service because we all know they suck, but Starbucks placed the incorrect items in the bags and sealed them. It’s sad that everyone thinks a refund is acceptable, I want what I ordered, I want customer service, I don’t want refund, I want people to stop being lazy and be held accountable. Starbucks is great, but this store is a sad example of the company.
