Starbucks at a popular beach location. What do you expect? A lot of transient traffic and always busy. This is a near impossible location to sit down to do work. Use the drive through. It’ll be faster.

I’m a local and I drop in a few times a week Most of the time their quick and organized with a nice start to my day The problem has been forgotten items The main reason for this review is attitude! They forgot an item, we called and it was no problem, just come back by, let us know that we forgot your breakfast sandwich and it will be on us This morning, I drop in for breakfast at the Orange Beach Starbucks, ordered my breakfast, let them know I had called in about the forgotten order and got a serving of attitude! Monica, the manager let me know if I ever had a problem and called in, she would have remembered it and she didn’t She confirmed that they would comp the sandwich but next time, get the mangers name The worst part of this experience is I didn’t get the forgotten sandwich! Check your order before you drive away They want be as nice the second time around!

We work in Orange Beach and sometimes need to order breakfast to go. It’s never easy when it’s summertime at the beach, but to be July 4th as well. Ya might as well grab a book and hunker down. Today was a super busy line around the building kinda day. Cars were leaving the take out line and people seemed pretty tense. Totally a “please pack your patience” kinda mood. We were greeted by a barista with a great attitude and kind voice, even though she had already been handed a few unkind vibes. She made our wait pleasant and she made us smile. It takes a lot to pack in the attitude and take tge time to be kind. We appreciate “Summer” and the team of people that make the wheels turn at the Starbucks in orange beach. You made our morning and showed us how a smile and willingness to adapt to meet our needs can make a crazy morning a little less crazy. We had a great breakfast too. We had hot oatmeal with blueberries, an eggs, cheese and sausage burrito, and an awesome grilled cheese on sourdough. I know that’s not a breakfast sandwich but yummmmmm. Bon Appetite

I’ve never been to a Starbucks that has been “out of coffee”. I’ve been here multiple times early in the morning and they will be out of everything on the menu. It makes absolutely no sense considering it’s a huge chain. How can you be out of coffee at 8 in the morning. The drive through lines always take at least 30 min so don’t go unless you’re willing to waste that much time for a mediocre coffee.

Understanding it’s a holiday weekend, but ….the line for the drive through was almost out to the street, so we parked and went inside. Others seemed to have the same idea. I was able to order in less than 2 min. 5 min later, after I saw people that had parked next to us come in and pick up a mobile order, I asked they lady and she stated, “They always get moved up, just like drive through”….befuddled, I started to get mad. The next person was called out for mobile and she had been standing aside me for maybe 20 seconds. I ordered some drinks and it was taking too long, so I asked to come back later to pick them up. They were fine and accommodated it which was nice of them. For how busy they are, they should have more staff (def not their fault, but the higher ups).

Very slow. We ordered our 3 drinks 30 min before leaving the condo, because we knew they usually take awhile. Once we got there, we waited 45 minutes. Our drinks were never made, so we took the loss of money and left. Disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I used the drive thru and the team was friendly and efficient from the time I pulled up until I pulled away with my coffee. I don’t stop there everyday but every time I stopped everyone was great. In these busy, crazy times, customers just want to get thru the transaction without any hiccups. This consistency is gonna keep customers coming back.
