First I walked in to only be greeted by one person while the other one was too busy on her phone. Almost too busy to check and make sure the order was correct. No sauces that we ordered and the pizza wasn’t what we asked for. Only 35 min drive so who cares right. I guess I should have checked but shouldn’t have to.

the past few times I’ve ordered, my food has made and delivered so quickly! And the quality has been great and consistent each time. I always get a pan pizza and some locations don’t make it the way it’s meant to be – with no crust – but Windham Domino’s has been making PERFECT pan pizzas! Altogether, according to the texts I received during the ordering and delivery process, the total time from makeline to my door was about 25 minutes. Food was piping hot when we got it, and Joe was super kind and pleasant!

This is truly terrible pizza, usually it’s not the worst of the worst, but whoever the newer people are that are making these pizzas have no regard for the people who have to eat this or who spent money to order a pizza here. The pizza in the pictures is a “light sauce” pizza that is literally dripping with sauce and the only discernible taste is the nasty sauce. The Brooklyn style pizzas are laughable and have giant holes in the dough. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would! We placed an online order at 11:24 pm, at 12:44 am I finally called to find out out what’s going on. The manager was the most rude and hateful person I’ve ever dealt with. I asked about our food and the 1st thing she says to me in a hateful tone is we don’t have any orders to prepare. She asked if it was carry out or delivery as I was trying to answer her she asked again more rude and more hateful than the 1st time. At this point I’m getting pretty mad. I asked her for her corporate complaint number she was even more rude and hatef8l with her answer of “look it up”. I let her know she is doing a horrible job at customer service. Her response to me OK fine I’m canceling your order and don’t ever order here again. Wow!!!! That is no problem! I’m just absolutely amazed this woman has a job period, let alone to hold a management position. So 0 star review is too high of a score for her. UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT A HOUR AND HALF TO NOT GET YOUR FOOD AND THEN GET TREATED LIKE TRASH WHEN YOU CALL, JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This was the worst experience from something as simple as trying to order a pizza. I STRONGLY recommend never getting anything from this store. If I were the owner I would be completely and utterly ASHAMED to have hee on my staff! SHAME!

My children love Dominos Pizza!! I myself like it but it wouldn’t be my first choice. I wish they would change their menu more often. I also wish that their point system for free items didn’t take so much money and purchases to get free items. I spend at least 50+ dollars each time I go which is at least 1-2 a month for a treat for my kids. My orders are always right I’ve never had issues with that. The app is easy to navigate as well, and I like how you can see where your order is at in the cooking process. The employees have always been very friendly as well I usually go to the Buxton Dominos

I’m currently waiting 3 hours on a 3 item order. I accidentally placed two orders one had a single pizza. The other had a pizza cheesy bread and lava cakes… still waiting on that. They delivered the first one which I actually placed last within 30 minutes and the second one still hasn’t arrived after 3 hours. And I’ve called and they haven’t answered the phone. I called right after I placed the order to see if I could combine them and I got a rude no and a sudden disconnect. So I think this will be the last time I use the Dominos in Windham… at least for delivery or until they get an extreme straighten out. (Update) after three hours the order was made. 15 minutes later it was delivered they apologized and told me they were busy. But once again I think it may be a while before I order from Windham Domino’s.
