A solid hotpot spot in Fort Lee and one of the better options in New Jersey.
The mala broth was quite spicy (which I liked), and all the vegetables, meats, and other ingredients were fresh and well-prepared.
The menu had a good variety, and the quality was consistent throughout the meal. Service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was clean and comfortable.
Need to bring own alcohol.

Really good hotpot! The food was fresh, good quality, and super tasty. The service was amazing — our server Even was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
Just a heads up, the spicy Chinese soup is really spicy! I ordered the less spicy version and it was still pretty hot (and I’m Asian ). So if you don’t eat much spicy food, definitely go for the mild one. Still, it was delicious and totally worth it. Highly recommend!

My fav hotpot/Chinese restaurant in North Bergen. The spicy broth is very authentic, similar to what I have tasted back in China. I also highly recommend coconut chicken broth, a bit sweet but very refreshing. The service is also top notch, the staff are very attentive and helpful, also everything’s super fast, when you ask for something, you can get it in a min!

Best hotpot restaurant in Bergen County (I think). Great taste, friendly staff, reasonable price. I personally like Sesame source, tried various variants but the one as instructed tastes best 🙂 I usually park at municipal parking lot nearby (~ 2$ / 2 hour), no hassle finding challenging street parking lot in Fort Lee.

Very authentic Sichuan style hotpot without needing to go into Manhattan. Tables are always available and the servers are very friendly. They always make sure my water is filled and they even go the extra mile to make sure the hot pot broth is clear at all times by cleaning off the residue. Five out of five.

Xiao Long Kan never disappoints. The moment you walk in, you can smell the amazing broth. Their spicy pot has the perfect balance of heat and flavor — not just “spicy,” but deeply aromatic.
We ordered the beef tripe, wagyu beef slices, and the signature tofu skin, and everything was super fresh. The dipping sauce bar was also well-stocked. Service was fast, and the servers were extremely polite and helpful.
If you love hotpot or just want a cozy meal with friends, this is absolutely the place to go. I’ll definitely come back again!

Very authentic Chinese Sichuan hot pot. The ingredients are super fresh, and the broth is on point. The service is attentive without being intrusive. This is NOT an all you can eat place, so you have to be strategic on how much you order to not waste food and money. Overall, I think it’s great for the money, and you definitely get what you pay for on all levels. They do provide some compliemtary fruits and ice cream at the end of your meal, so it’s good that hopefully you will have room for dessert. Overall, highly recommended.
