The homeless people issue has gotten out of control at this location!! I came to this location from time to time but seeing all the homeless on drugs is really bad as they sit outside at the tables and pass out. Some yelling at each other using the “F” word multiple times etc! I don’t come to Starbucks to hear this!! A couple of them also asked me if I wanted heroine! I was absolutely appalled . I will never come back here! Be aware if you want to drink your coffee there! Staff themselves are nice though.

The drive thru is not very easy to get to and you have to drive all the way around the plaza to the back where there is a lot of homeless people. It’s a little uncomfortable sitting in the drive thru line and they stare at you. I would give and feed all if I could it’s just uncomfortable. There was 4 people inside sitting with there beverages already and 4 employees working and it still took a long time. I think the cashier forgot that he’s supposed to help out when he’s not running the cash register. I will say my bacon, egg and cheese croissant and vente Carmel cookie crunch Frappuccino were excellent. Hats off to the bariste’s who are working double time to make up for the slackers.

I do love ordering here because the service is always fast and they never get my order wrong, however consistently I’ve had issues with the lids of my hot drinks not being secured at all and several delivery drivers have had the drinks spill on them, one occasion so bad the order got cancelled by the driver because I completely lost a drink and another when I got the drink out of the bag half of it was gone because the lid popped off in the bag itself and the drink had sloshed during the drive
