Honestly I’m really disappointed. I went to this Starbucks yesterday on my birthday to redeem my birthday reward. I told the cashier it was my birthday. She even said happy birthday and scanned the reward. Yet she still charged me for the drink. I bought a drink and a wrap so when she asked for my payment method I was under the impression that I was purchasing the wrap not the drink as well:(

Today is my birthday and i went as most do, i went to starbucks to get my free drink. When i pull up to the drive-thru i am met by the sweetest woman through the speaker and when i say it’s my birthday she begins singing happy birthday momentarily. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and with no hesitation, she helped me select a drink and when i came to the front window she gave me a smile and asked about my day and birthday. Coincidentally, i share the same birthday with her son who is also named Justin. It was a wonderful experience thanks to the enthusiastic Ms. Charlee at the register and i would 100% recommend the Caramel Ribbon Crunch with cookie crumble on top.

The worst drive-thru staff. They are super rude. Every time i go there, none of their food items are available. The worst employees. The worst Starbucks. Even a dunkin’ donuts have better service.
