We came to visit this little quaint Russian Cafe and tried the Compote drink, it was very tasty, especially if you like ciders. The Pelmeni was a 10 count of succulent dumplings. The Plov rice, OMG! I could not believe the burst of flavor with the sauce they provided, a mix of roasted peppers, very unique and flavorful. To finish off our meal we tried the Farmers Cheese pancakes aka Syrniki with strawberry purée. Delicious! I recommend coming in and trying the food, it’s very good, quiet atmosphere and the staff was superb! 100% will come back again.

Amazing place! We were out of town and really missing Eastern European comfort food, and this felt like home from the first bite. The food is incredibly fresh and wholesome, and the portion sizes are very generous. I ordered a cup of borscht (they also offer a bowl), and it was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. We also had the chicken patties with buckwheat, plus honey cake for dessert. Everything was so good that we cleaned our plates, even though we were completely full.

Denver, you’re lucky to have this hidden gem. We were also impressed by the lightning-fast service: we mentioned we were heading straight to the airport and short on time, and the staff were incredibly understanding and efficient. We’ll definitely be back

This is a very cute place with lots of traditional Eastern European food. Their pelmeni is amazing. They also have some great cheese pancakes and the borscht is good. I wasn’t a huge fan of the beef stroganoff. It lacked a bit of depth to the flavor. Other than that I would highly recommend.

I ordered pelmeni, mashed potatoes with a cutlet, and a crab salad through DoorDash. I’d say I liked everything overall, and I absolutely loved the mashed potatoes. I did feel like the food could use a bit more seasoning and extra flavor, though. Also, the delivery didn’t come with any cutlery. Even with that, I’d still try more of their food next time when I visit in person.

Hinkali- good overall, but too much dough for my personal taste, but I’m sure this is how they are supposed to be
Plov- good flavor, but very small amount of beef. It’s primarily rice and sauce.

One star — and that’s already too kind, only because of the “solyanka.”
Solyanka with sauerkraut? Seriously? What was the chef thinking when he approved that crime?
The khinkali were ripped and leaking, and the dough was awful — sticky, chewy, clinging to my teeth like glue.

This place wouldn’t survive a day as a cheap school cafeteria back home, yet they charge steakhouse prices. Complete disrespect and mockery of Russian and Georgian cuisine.

And to all those leaving five-star reviews — okay, fine, Americans are used to eating junk. But people from the post-Soviet world? You should know better.

America truly is an amazing country — here, even disaster can earn five stars and a smile
