Terrible service. When you pay $6 for two cups of underwhelming black coffee you think you’d get better service but don’t count on it. Waited over 5 minutes as the “lead trainer” trained her staff on how to make people wait. When she finally came to the counter to help it was if I was annoying her. Will not return to ANY Starbucks again. It seems like a common theme, in most of the Starbucks I visit, where the counter-help’s expectation is that the guest should feel privileged to be able to purchase their overpriced coffee. Starbucks is a thing if the past. I’m moving on…
