The worst experience i have ever had with Marcos. I got an email at 4:14 saying my order was ready out for delivery.Didn’t receive it until 5:20.The quality of the Pizza was horrible.The bacon, or either the pepperoni, is out of date.It hardly had any cheese on it and it’s cold.

Ordered 2 pizzas 1 cheese bread. Made some changes to 1 pizza, no sausage, add banana peppers. They didn’t read those apparently. Double cheese on cheese bread, they didn’t read either. Added sauce cups. No sauce cups with the order. Disappointing.

I’ve been dealing with Marco Pizza off and on for 4 years since I’ve been here in Macon. The last couple times I ordered the food was not good they kept messing up my orders so I stopped ordering for a while. But I went back found out they are under new management and this time the food was excellent my kids.

Yesterday I ordered the 21 dollar special deal that came with 2 medium one topping pizza and bread sticks and a 2 litter drink. The food was good, but I can’t say the same for service. the cashier had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. The drink I order I never had before, so I was going to ask can I swap it out. I blow my horn she litter ignored me trying to get her attention. You had just walk off I could see you but whatever will not return due to this horrible service.

Had Marco’s Pizza tonight and it was fantastic! It was Fresh and Hot! The cheese was even gooey!
Update 2022: Had Marco’s the other night, they were awesome. There was an accident with the pizza and they were very nice to fix it, Great customer service! Everything was great! I’ve never had their wings and they were delicious, get them without all the sauce and a little more crispy, the taste is amazing!

This pizza would be really good, If only we got 8 slices in a pizza. We stopped going to Marcos for over a year, due to bad service and bad product. This is our second time ordering recently and I must say the service has really improved, however the product hasn’t. Looks like someone stepped on our pizza.

They always tend to mess something up. Didn’t get my garlic sauce on the side and I didn’t ask for my crust to be burnt either. It tastes burnt. I go months before I order and they just stay lacking in something. Last time they couldn’t even get a salad correct. All I said was no tomatoes but they took everything else off and left the tomatoes. Anyway, here’s my burnt crust pizza compliments of riverside if y’all want some..you don’t even have to order it this way. It’s automatic.

Great pizza and the girl who helped us couldn’t have been nicer. She made sure we had everything we needed in the bag. Will definitely be going back here.

Ordered a deluxe pizza and Salad with chicken for pickup, It was ready when expected. Very tasty and moist pizza with a nice crust but a bit too much tomato sauce.
Salad was fine but not much chicken. At the price, it should have a bit more.
Overall, met our expectations and would order from here again.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Marco’s. The restaurant had a strong, unpleasant odor (likely from the restroom), which made waiting uncomfortable. Even though I received an alert that my order was ready, I was told to wait an additional 15 minutes. Unfortunately, when I finally received my pizzas, they were undercooked and not even cut. Between the poor service, the odor, and the low food quality, this was an overall bad experience.

Love the pizza here. It’s usually not too crowded and they have friendly staff. Biggest draw back is turning into the parking lot if you are headed north on Riverside.
