We asked for extra cold foam on a pumpkin cream cold brew. When given the drink, it was a normal amount of cold foam on the top. Being that we paid an additional amount for extra, I asked for more cold foam. The person working the window then closed the window and came back after a few minutes, handing me a short cup half full with cold foam. I said “thank you I appreciate it!” And she did not even respond or look at me. I worked at a Starbucks previously and that is not how you treat customers, especially when they are asking to just get what they paid for.

By far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The management and staff is super awesome, and very kind. My coffee was done very fast exactly as I ordered it. I love the new slushes. I love how you can see Santa Rosa sound from the patio. The building is super clean.

So after going to 6 different Starbucks I ended up at this location. My wife is a teacher and all the cool teachers had a certain Starbucks cup. So my wife sent me on the hunt for this cup so she could be cool as well. Jessica is my Angel from heaven! She made sure I got that cup. Seriously, Jessica went above and beyond for me. She didn’t have to do what she did and I will always go to that location for my coffee needs and of course cups. Starbucks, you have something special in that women.

I got a venti mocha cookie crumble frap and when I received my drink it was VERY watered down as if the ice had completely melted and it has completely ruined the taste:( This Starbucks has done this a few times but I am hopeful that the actual drinks will improve soon

They are very slow. Prepare to wait 30 minutes or more to get a drink. Really bad service and experience here. Starbucks needs to send some management down from corporate and whip these people into shape.

I placed my order, one drink and a breakfast sandwich. While waiting for my sandwich I watched the person on food prep prepare and deliver over 15 food items…I counted 2 individuals who ordered their heated breakfast item after me receive their orders before my item…not sure what their method is or reasoning but will not be back to this branch…I’ll drive 20 minutes down to Tiger Point Starbucks and get better and faster service!!!
