I have been ordering from this location once every couple of weeks for the past 2 years. I always order the same thing. They have a pick 2 deal and it comes with a drink for $9.99. I order a personal pan pizza and breadsticks. For the past year and a half, I have had no problems. I called in today to place my order. I was told by the employee they no longer have this deal going on and acted like they never had that one. This is the same location I have been buying from. I then decided not to place the order because I didn’t want to pay the extra $6 to get the same thing I usually get. About 30 minutes later, I decided to go ahead and place an order. I did the order online this time since they no longer offered the deal. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed they still had the deal advertised on the outside window, as well as on the menu in the store. I asked why they no longer offered that deal. The employee said they still offer it. I then asked why I was not able to get that deal. They told me since I placed the order online I could not get that deal. I then asked if they could fix it for me and they said they could not. I then stated I just called in about 30 minutes ago asking for this deal. I informed them that they told me they no longer offered it. The employee just stood there and said she could not do anything about it. I attached a picture of the advertisement below. It makes zero sense. They have an advertised deal but it’s impossible to get it. The only way I guess to get this deal is to order in-store. But I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break so can’t stop in the store and wait for it to be made. Nowhere in the advertisement does it say “Only for In-Store Orders.” I guess I will no longer be ordering from this store again. I work right down the road and it was convenient for me to get lunch quickly. It’s ridiculous. I know it’s only a $6 difference but when you order it every other week, it adds up.

Whoever took my phone order had a VERY heavy foreign accent. I had trouble understanding him and likewise, he couldn’t understand me. I had a simple order but they got it wrong. Since it was a to-go order (that’s all they offer…no eat-in), I didn’t find the error until I got it home.

This Pizza Hut is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a large pizza and Cinnabon bites at 2115. Says it was to be delivered by 2149. Of course, you refuse to pay people to deliver, so it’s done through DoorDash. The order was “handed” to me, which is funny because I never got the order. I text the doordasher, no response. I call the store, and the response is “if they haven’t delivered, call me back at 2230.” HOW IS THIS THE ANSWER TO YOUR STORE MESSING UP AND NOT DELIVERING MY FOOD TO THE ADDRESS I PROVIDED!? What an absolute joke of a store and customer service. This is also the FOURTH time this has happened.

9/10 they have no one to deliver & they won’t tell you, they just let your food be late enough you call to check on it & then they’ll inform you they’re “looking for a driver”. Giovanni’s down the road always has a driver ready! I’ll be taking my business there & surrounding businesses from now on.

Love going there when the Kids get their book it club coupon for a free personal pizza! The staff are always friendly, patient, and make the kids feel like they are welcome (no matter how hyper they get). Aside from this, the pizzas are always great! Never had a reason to complain.
