My visit to the Starbucks in Woodstock, GA was generally positive. The staff was friendly, and the coffee was delicious. However, the wait time was longer than expected, which was a slight drawback. Despite that, I still recommend the location for its convenience and good service.

******* I don’t usually do reviews on Starbucks, but if customer service matters to you GO TO THIS STARBUCKS!! I am not an exotic coffee drinker, just black with an extra shot. I do like the sausage egg and cheese sandwiches and a few of their other food items. But the SERVICE! Holy Moly! Absolutely the nicest people in any Starbucks I’ve been to around the country. They should do training videos. Beautiful people who make my day every time I come here. See extra stars above.

This is really a great place to take a load off and get back to work. Good table to sit at and an area that is not cramped. The way they have their mobile ordering setup is very nice and even though there are multiple orders I atleast have a place to start instead of touching multiple drinks not knowing what is right. The staff plays some fun music and it’s a little bit of a party. Great team atmosphere

Customer service was terrible here. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I decided to go inside to order my drinks. Still took 25 mins. My son’s Frappuccino was made incorrectly. When I pointed it out I was met with anger and frustration from the barista. She insisted to try and explain to me what she had made was a vanilla bean. I tried to tell her that’s not what I ordered and we went back and forth until finally I had to ask for my drink to be made. My shaken espresso was supposed to be a grande with an extra shot half sweet. What I got was instead was essentially a cup sweetened of milk. Definitely missing the appropriate amount of shots. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks. Always order the same drinks. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I didn’t not have the patience to continue to discuss my dissatisfaction with my order with the barista working here. The tone at which I was spoken too was very condescending. I just left frustrated. I understand that is was extremely busy but there were at least 5 people back there working. Management needs to address the inefficiency and also lack of customer service at this location. Lets do better and not argue with customers that are spending +$10 for their coffee.

Has one of the worst chai tea lattes ever from here! It just tasted like warmed milk. No chai flavor at all. If they all follow the same recipe how can it be so different from location to location?
