I’m from out of town and was here training for work. This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. The poor girl up front was working so hard to try to get peoples drinks. I did a mobile order and my drink was ready but my sandwich was not. I wanted 45 minutes for a sandwich. The women who appeared to be the manager (red braids) came over and asked for my name and said it would be right out. She never even looked for it or anything. Then, 20 minutes lady another employee (I believe her name was Stephanie.) came over and got me my sandwich. This was a terrible experience. I’m just flabbergasted at how little help the manager was. She was outside talking on her cell phone when I left while her employees were inside drowning.

Consistently 30+ minute drive through wait time regardless of how many cars. Once you’re in it your stuck. It makes zero sense how corporate could continue to allow this location to remain open. Regardless of where the disfunction is. Pick up mobile orders are prioritized while 10+ customers wait for drinks or orders to be fixed inside. Staff is stretched to max capacity and there is obviously high turnover and low morale. Still sitting here…

They were so busy, people were walking out! But yet let’s stop this one person from making drinks and take the trash out. The trash wasn’t even full! The drive thru was wrapped around the building. You can mobile order and your still going to wait 30 mins past the time it was suppose to be ready!

Placed a mobile order on 5/13/23 minutes before heading to this location. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a sign on the door that said they had minimal staff, and the entire dining room was closed. We couldn’t go in to get our drinks. In the past, we could at least go inside to pick up our mobile orders, but this time they said drive thru only. There were 24 cars trying to squeeze into the drive thru, traffic was getting backed up by the line on both sides of the road (it extended all the way to the traffic next to Walgreens), and we didn’t have time to wait. The whole point of mobile ordering is to “skip the line.” Mobile ordering through the app needs to somehow be disabled for this location if we’re not allowed to go inside to pick up our orders anymore.

We stopped and bought 6 drinks as a mobile order. Only 1 was to be hot, but we received 3 hot. Upon pointing it out we were told the label printed hot so the could not make me ones unless we ordered new ones due to being too busy! We buy starbucks 3 times a week atleast and will NEVER again use this location!!! Absolutely no customer focused management!

this might be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. So slow no matter how you order. You can do a mobile order and you will probably get 30 mins after you’re ordered on the app. The drive through line is slow and always out to the road. This Starbucks should just close down.

Slowest Starbucks ever! I waited 20 minutes for a caramel macchiato that I didn’t get. I placed my order and no one made it. It was 4 ppl working and it was not busy at all. I had to get a refund or I would be late for work. Tried to give another chance….,…nope, my caramel ribbon crunch tasted like ice milk. This location is a joke. Pls go to the one in Kroger, always on point.
