BIZARRE and frustrating visit. Cashier is chatting away with a man in front of me about personal stuff. This girl goes on and on for 2-3minutes. He finally orders. They keep talking for another minute or two. How can people be so oblivious unless they’re just inconsiderate.

It’s always a hit and miss with drink and I order the same drink the same way ever single time. Today it was nasty and I got them to remake it but it still wasn’t right and then I had coffee grains in it . How come my order is the same every time I go but it taste different unless Andrew makes it he’s pretty dope. I’m going to give them a break and go to Clemson Blvd or the Starbucks in ingles.

Easy to miss this little Starbucks. The people were very nice and asked my name in the drive thru and made my Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra shot promptly. Even said (my pleasure) maybe a former Chik-Fil-A employee??? Hahahahah the drink was over $7 and had me seriously wanting a Mc Donalds caramel Frappe cause they really have raised the bar when it comes to coffee. This location is usually spot on with getting my drinks right my only problem is that this store is never clean. Ever. I go regularly and the dining room area is always dirty. The floor where the chairs are near the bar is always dirty. The floor along the counter is always dirty. The area where the trash cans are is dirty. The tables are usually dirty. The countertops on the customer side need wiping down on a regular basis and no one does it. The tables outside also stay dirty and aren’t wiped down often enough.

I came in here today at 3:50 pm. I walked in saying hello workers looked at me I had to say if again for the worker to actually help. Soon as she helped me a white women came in the greetings was definitely there, thankfully I was just picking up an Uber eats cause I would never spend money at this location.

Absolutely the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to hundreds The staff is extra friendly and outgoing They recognize us every time we come in! We are on vacation so this just happens to be the closest Starbucks. My drinks are always right also. Clean store Highly recommend when you are in Anderson SC
