Quickly becoming my favorite pizza place in Peoria! Try the Gluten Free House Special Pizza. This is my 3rd visit and the quality of my carry out order, prompted me to write this. The pizza was incredible and the wings were saucy and fresh and full of flavor, crisp in texture and consistently, well seasoned. Friendly staff, who care about your experience and will go out of their way to meet your dietary needs. Order is always 100% accurate and well worth the visit. Kid friendly, sports and other entertainment on MANY screens. Beer served, plus weekly and daily specials. Plenty of parking and easy access.

5/29/25 ~ Lucky’s was recommended by a person who works at my dry cleaners after we had a lengthy conversation about pizzerias in the Phoenix area. Tonight was my chance to try them. The online menu had some selections, but was vague on all the options offered for pizzas. I saw their Sicilian deep dish (Detroit style) that piqued my interest. It was topped with sausage, pepperoni, peppers, onions, and cheese. Upon pick up they were still baking the pie. The pizzeria is fairly clean, and offers plenty of seating. The men’s room was also fairly clean – but no towels. I wanted a beverage while waiting, and they were kind in offering a cup. No ice in the fountain machine. No problem as they filled the cup with ice. They have Pepsi products. The wait was brief, and I had the order on my way home. Any other day this would be a drive, but no problem taking a slight detour after work. When I got home I was hungry. I was expecting more than what I got as the pizza was doughy, and had considerable flop. It wasn’t light and crisp like a Detroit style pizza. It was heavy. There was some flavor, and the toppings appeared to be thicker in some parts of the pizza than other parts. I’m wondering if the pizza shifted, and caused the toppings to fall to one side. In one corner of the box there was a considerable amount of grease. I will try their other pizzas another time. Doubt I’ll order the Sicilian pizza again. It’s nothing close to a deep dish by Lou Malnati’s. Do give Lucky’s a try. For now the best pizza in the Valley is Deno’s.
6/5/25 ~ Returned for take out ordering a 14” thin crust sausage, mushroom, onions, green peppers, and cheese pizza. This is much better than their Sicilian. No flop with a very good crust. A nice amount of cheese; much better than last week’s experience that had too much cheese. The service is good, and consistent. If I’m in the area again I would consider coming here again. The thin crust pizza gets 4 ✨, service 4 ✨, and atmosphere is neutral setting at 3 ✨.

Had a pizza delivered that was folded on itself. When I asked for Luckys to make it right, I was told that because the pizza wasn’t entirely damaged, they couldn’t help me.

This place is our new favorite pizza place. The pizza and wings are delicious. The pizza has that classic New York taste. We ordered a large pepperoni and I was pretty impressed since it’s hard to get a good NY style pizza here in the valley. The wings were a good size and crispy. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. It’s a great spot to dine in or take out and if you are looking for a great place to get a classic style New York pizza you found it.

I don’t even know where to go with this review. We ordered the Lucky’s special Sicilian style pizza. I added jalapenos but there were none. The ranch is good.
My God this pizza was huge and heavy! I barely ate one piece. Although my 3yo did eat an entire piece. It was really yummy. Lots of hearty toppings.
My only complaint is it seemed the toppings (pepperoni, onion, bell peppers) were almost raw.
But the amount of cheese and sauce and toppings (yummy mushrooms and sausage) was overboard amazing.

1st time at this location. 2pm weekday, ordered 3 slices cheese and a drink. ($14) service time (order to table) was approx 10 mins. pizza was not fresh, reheat from lunch so tasted a couple hrs old. crust was dry and crispy, cheese and sauce not much better. orange soda was more soda than flavor. tables hadnt been wiped recently so crumbs, etc on tables and seats. will return if not other choices.

I am so impressed with this place and the workers there, the air went out and they were still getting the orders out! That’s dedication!! We ordered the deep dish Sicilian pepperoni pizza, it was amazing! The dough was cooked nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, nice amount of cheese and pepperoni. I couldn’t take the picture fast enough lol, our family got to it first.

As someone who just moved to Peoria, this new Lucky’s location next to Basha’s is now gonna be my first choice instead of any franchise pie joint in the area.
Their non-speciality pizzas aren’t by the slice but I’ll order them in due time. I asked for which slice is popular here and their pep w/homemade Italian sausage it hitting the spottttt. The bottom is so crispy on their slices! Plus an order of wings where you can mix your base? Garlic parm + buffalo sauce can’t miss

The pizza is pizza. There’s nothing beyond typical to report about it. After Lucky’s pizza moved in, they did no fixing up. The chairs are the same and they’re torn and uncomfortable. To my knowledge, there are no more open mic nights or music nights like there was when the previous pizza joint was here. There are TV screens with sports games. The staff was friendly.

Apparently, you got to be lucky to enter this place. They advertised 11 am on Sundays on their door. On google Maps it shows 10:30 am. But it was still locked even after 11.15 am. So we eventually left. Another person was waiting also then and left, too. So now you have a total of 3 customers gone for good.
Good luck to whoever tries to eat here.
