I have been to this Starbucks many times. I have ordered the drink I wanted to order before and because it takes some time to make they just have me pull around and run it out after it’s done so I don’t have to hold up the line. I’m perfectly okay with it. What I’m not okay with is being told they won’t make that drink for me in drive thru, but I could go inside and get it made. Personally, if I wanted to go into the restaurant, I would. But they refused to make my order in drive thru.

I always love this Starbucks location until my husband had to pick up my order. The employees ignore him and didn’t greet him but the other customers you did greet them. My husband he is dress presentable but i felt like it’s more racial profiling because you seen dark skin individual is there to pick up an order. All fails to help him. He never been inside. Poor customer service. My husband is a United States Marine Veteran. Hire better employees that aren’t racial profiling.

This Starbucks always gets me out in a timely manner!!! I have always had a good experience at this location! I have started going here on my lunch breaks because this is the only place I can get my food and drink and still have time to do everything else I need to do on my breaks. They care about my time and business and I appreciate it!
