Horrible- 6pm on a Saturday and they had nothing ready. Them after I ordered they came to the table to tell me they were out of buns and if I would like something else. I told her no I would like a refund. But every person ordering there was something they couldn’t have because they were out rent would be a long wait. Last time when I ordered delivery from here I only got my biscuits and had to drive all the way in town to pick it up. When I called they blamed it on the driver but there set up is made so the drivers can’t grave the food an employee has to get it. I will not go back to this location again.

Went in for a quick lunch to take home. Got one of the specials, 6x chicken, 2x large sides and biscuits $20 making it very affordable compared to some of the other buckets. Everything was hot and there where no complaints from the family.

Every time I come to the KFC on duper tail in West Richland they always want correct change. I don’t know many people that carry the exact change in cash. Because you never know what the exact change is going to be. I had recently just came to KFC and had an order that came to 1563. So I scraunged, up 63 cents in change, handed the guy the change in a $20 bill, and he said, I don’t have exact change. I don’t have ones. I said, well, do you have a $5 bill? He goes, oh yeah, then he proceeds to hand me or not. Hand me he shoved the $5 bill in my hand rudely, and then told me to come out front to wait for my food. This is becoming the norm at this k f c and I would like to get a hold of the owners because clearly their managers and their other staff don’t know how to run a business because if you have a fast food joint not everybody has bank cards.But everybody usually has change, and they act like they’re running out of change.Do they not have a safe with bags of money

Understaffed and glacially slow. Possibly the slowest “fast food” service I’ve ever experienced. I cancelled the order out of rage after waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes after placing it (and that was after waiting 15 to order). I only ordered for two people. The manager on duty was really chill about it though. Usually I blame management but I gotta be real, the employees suck. Aimlessly wandering around and doing very little, if any, real work. Food is decent at least.

When we witnessed the lady wait on us with gloves on.
Take our money, with the same gloves on. Then grab the tater tots and shredded cheese with the same gloves, put her hands on her hips, touch her ear peice, and do the same thing with the next people.
We were pissed .
Thats how some many germs are spread.

I ordered a 8 piece double mash with 4 biscuits it was suppose to be legs and thighs I got one thigh and the rest were legs . They gave me no napkins or butter or honey thus place has gone down hill . They always tell me to pull in the front and they’ll bring my food out . There never prepared. This place sucks.

This was by far one of our worse experiences. There was no ice in the machine out front and the soda was flat.
The mashed potatoes had a gray hue to them. The chicken sandwiches had 1 small drop of mayo on them so they were VERY dry. My husband had to wait an additional 10 mins after the rest of us received our food before he got his and that was only because he went & asked about it.
The employees were LLC walking around on their phones. One of them was walking around with a towel on his head. The womens bathroom could really use an actual cleaning.

update I don’t know how anybody could fully clean their hands in this bathroom with no paper towels. It’s not only filthy but there’s nothing here. Been on top of it they have the cleaning supplies sitting right in the counter for the food is handed over.This is a chicken place and they are always out of chicken. The parking lot is full of people waiting for there orders. Don’t bother calling the number on the sign for pickup because they won’t pick up the phone until they see you driving away to their drive-thru and then they tell you you have to wait.

I was reluctant to give this place five stars but that was because of the the workers. The place is very very clean. I was impressed with the selection they had to offer. There was an older gentleman in there wanting a certain kind of chicken and the young kid workingI believe probably didn’t want to make more chicken or what his deal was but he was trying to offer him something else and I stepped up and said why don’t you make him the chicken he wants. Other than that I was there to pick up a GrubHub order I took a little bit because they were in the back playing.
