I have never had a problem with this Starbucks before but today when I needed this coffee the most, they wanted to short me on my drink. I thought it felt light but I didn’t look until I started down the road and by then I didn’t want to turn around because I just don’t have the gas or money to deal with it today.

Traveling from visiting family. Placed an order through the app and went to pick it up. There was ice put in my drink though I requested no ice, not a big deal but they remade it and there was peppermint syrup in my coffee instead of toffee nut which means they had put in it there twice. What’s the point of ordering through the app if the workers don’t read the ticket? Now I have a $7 coffee I can’t drink because I don’t like peppermint.

On a road trip and stopped here from out of town and was disappointed. To the three baristas working today- you have such a cool job and have the ability to brighten people day! I would say you need to make improvements on the quality of the drinks you are making. Our drinks were a bit too sweet. To the owner – you need to instill more confidence in your staff, you need to put more into them and create a fun atmosphere.

Absolutely disgusting and filthy EVERYWHERE. Don’t assume this is a good place to stop and get a drink and use a the bathroom , you will probably get sick. Never been to a dirtier Starbucks. Think gross truck stop bathroom. Nothing was clean in the drink prep area either. Counters were full of spills and trash. .

The toilets were not clean, the service was nonexistent, and we ended up leaving without drinks. We stood at the register while 3 team members slowly did minimal tasks (poured drip coffee with cream). The team was correcting a mobile order and taking drive through orders. As a former Starbucks Partner I was appalled that not one of them acknowledged us after standing at the register for 5 solid minutes. We left and will not be going back.

My chocolate croissant was fabulous! My chai latte was a bit watery. While things were clean on the inside, the trash was overflowing just outside the doors. I brought it to the attention of the service folks but they said it was always like that and no one moved to clean it up.

I worked for Starbucks a total of 12 years as a barista, shift supervisor, and store manager. I have a lot of grace and understanding for those working in such a challenging environment and all the minor details that can make it so – things that the average customer just isn’t going to see. For this reason, I hate to say it, but believe it to be justified that…this might be one of the worst ones I’ve been in. All trashes overflowing, trash all on the floor behind the bar, half full milk carton sitting out on the counter … might be understandable if they were really going thru some heavy drive thru or cafe traffic, but they were not. Not at all. And they were moving so slowly. Not a motivated bunch for sure. The person taking my order was scrolling her phone that lay on the counter as I took a moment to decide what to order. If this were my store, I would be horrified.

Walking in, the lack of cleanliness was apparent. The restrooms were filthy and when I brought it to an employees attention, he did not respond or seem concerned. Jennifer was really sweet and attentive. This place has went downhill.
