Wow!!! Customer service was PERFECTION!! Working on a “gut healthy” diet (which is HARD) always drink coffee but staff walked me through and made me a delicious macchiato Green tea. Wouldn’t let me leave until they were sure I liked it first. Loved this staff-Alex and Hilton (I think…maybe) . Thanks guys 🙂

They didn’t capture my name for my order. They also did not try to sell the drink after it was made. Once I realized I was waiting for over 10 mins giving them Grace the drink was sitting at the pick up area. Zero interaction when I approached the area to retrieve my beverage. They also have a man with a beard working behind the counter with no beard guard or anything. Very unsanitary especially if he is preparing food ands beverages. The floors are dirty and the tables were not wiped down. The environment did not feel clean or safe.

This is has always been my go to Starbucks, for YEARS….its the closest to my home so I go almost daily. I’ve NEVER had an issue until this current early morning staff. I walk in, I say good morning, no one speaks back….fine no biggie…as a former customer service rep, I’m just an advocate for good customer service…..greeting your customer is basic and bare minimum, still I got nothing every single morning. This morning particularly rubbed me the wrong way. Once again, I spoke, no one spoke back…picked up my mobile order and the cup was over filled…to the point where the lid sitting on top had coffee literally pouring over the sides…I didn’t realize it til I picked it up and it spilled…so I’m cleaning up the spill as the two girls are watching me, neither offering help, although one of them fixed the coffee this way….finally I asked for another cup to accommodate the over filled cup….no one, I mean no one acknowledged it…or moved with any urgency, And at this time in the morning, it was only me and the 2 girls. One was standing, the other eating and watching me. These two have solely aided in me switching from this location to the drive thru one that is on Piney Grove for my morning coffee….good customer service makes a great difference.
